Always love to stay here. Only thing that's a disappointment is....the rooms are barely clean. The top blanket is always dirty. The floors un kept. Bathroom not really cleaned. BUT I love that is very quiet, the front desk attendees are so nice. And it's an affordable get away for me. So I just tidy the room myself. Which isn't the way it's supposed to be but what can you say? How do you say your house keeping sucks in a nice way? ......I deal

The location and food were spot on. The room was a nice size and love that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed slept very good and the hotel was very clean. However, the bathroom needs touching up and the room wasn't worth the weekend cost. I appreciate the overnight stay but if I stayed again, it would have to be during the week for a lower cost than on the weekend. Check-in process was easy since I had a reservation. I love that it was close to I-10 and it didn't take long to go any other places that I needed.

The desk attendant was friendly-enough but customer service could have been better. The individual's attitude about whatever was going on internally poured out externally and I really didn't feel welcome to be there. I was glad that it was only for one night because the same service/attitude was carried over at check-out time. There was no express key return box to put key when you're checking out, so had to wait for someone to come to the desk to turn in room key. It would be helpful to have an express key return box especially when people might leave earlier than regular checkout time.

I was one of the first customers years ago when this location opened. Every time we are in the area we stay a this location. The hotel is ALWAYS CLEAN and Comfortable.

The entrance to the hotel off the Hwy is confessing and unnecessary. It was dark when we arrived and we had to go past the hotel down the street to turn around so we could enter the parking lot for the hotel. A giant crack was in the middle of the driveway to the entrance.

I had a good night's sleep, nice clean facility, everything in the room worked. It smelled really good. The shower was so awesome. The water felt so soft. I enjoyed how friendly the clerk, Alexis, was. She made our stay very comfortable.

Our key was deactivated somehow, but I am glad that the guy at the desk worked swiftly to resolve the problem. I didn't like that it was a real task getting into the property, because of the way that the road was made.

Staff who checked me in was phenomenally nice! She was welcoming and made us feel safe.

My shower had hand prints on the wall as if someone had been spread eagle. Shower surround itself showed slight mildewing. Entering my room the bed spread looked dingy the carpet had a little smell in it.

Convenient to shopping center. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really a plus!

Inconvenient to get to the hotel. You had to go passed and turn around to get to the parking lot. Curtains were not clean in the room.

We asked for "top floor" for more peace & quiet and we got it without having to remind them at check in. The room had some nice contemporary touches. Bathroom was BIG and nicely appointed.

The bathroom vent fan was REALLY noisy and we couldn't use it. But oh well! The "free breakfast" wasn't all that creative, interesting, or filling, but again.. Oh well! The price for the room was fair, so we got our own breakfast at a regular restaurant down the street. No worries.

Miss Shari was a true delight. We arrived very tired and She welcomed Us are Old Friends. She made Very sure that anything We needed was taken care of. A very Special Thanks to Her!

It is the same everywhere today but I miss the daily servicing of the rooms!!

The entire property was clean and orderly. My room was comfortable, and all facilities were working. The nights that I stayed there, it was quiet, allowing me a good night's rest. The staff and management were friendly.

The street leading to the property is poorly designed, making it a bit difficult to access it. But that's on the city, not the hotel.
