The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom area was spacious and still left plenty of living area. We didn’t feel cramped with 2 queen beds, chair with ottoman, desk, entertainment center, wardrobe, mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was okay. They said it was open until 9:00 and we were on a relaxing vacation so we didn’t get there until 8:45 and the eggs were burnt to the bottom of the pan, the biscuits were like hockey pucks and they had already shut down the pancake maker. Having a later breakfast time would have been better I feel for the relaxing traveler.

My key only worked once so we always only had the one key and we sometimes had to do it several times to get it to work.

The front desk gentleman on night shift was very nice. It was very late, we were greeted with a smile, taken care of quickly and efficiently. The shuttle driver!!! He was exemplary in every way. He left his pickup order at Sam’s Club because he said, “the order was not ready, and I didn’t want you to wait to get back to the airport and be late. That’s too stressful!” Oh! I nearly cried with thankfulness! I wish I could remember these two gentleman’s names, they absolutely exemplified hospitality and kindness. I appreciated them more than I could ever say.

Everything was clean, orderly except for the toilet seat. It was wiggly and very loose….an easy enough fix. The ac felt fabulous! I don’t know who turned it on before my arrival that hot night, but I appreciate it!

We were doing our cross-country trip and chosen to stay with this particular hotel for one night. The area where the hotel is located felt sketchy first, but once we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room is decent size and super clean. The pool looked stunning, although we didn't have time to soak in. The breakfast had quite a variety of options, so that was great. It is also close to the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum on our itinerary.

It was clean & inviting. The pool & jacuzzi was clean & a great place to relax. Every single staff that we interacted with was friendly & helpful, even the pool maintenance man, the housekeeping staff & front desk. Staff friendliness makes a HUGE difference & this place was top rate. They should be applauded.

I wasn’t told when I asked for a late checkout that there would be a charge, but they graciously took it off my bill for the confusion.

Location is close to the fairgrounds as well as restaurants and shopping. Maintenance was quick to replace a light bulb that was out. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfy.

Property is a little older and could you use a few repairs in places, but it didn't affect our stay. I didn't realize when I booked that it is a motel (no indoor corridor for room access). The one elevator seems to be on its last leg.

Staff were very helpful, pet friendly, bar/grill on site, great breakfast with real plates and flatware. Western theme is fun and creative. Has pool, sauna and hot tub. Hotel is handicapped friendly and has several meeting rooms. Would be nice for a large family reunion.

I would like for the pet fee to be a bit lower, or that it be charged, say, for every three days, vs per pet, per night. Nearby dining options are limited, fast food mostly.

Right from the start, our stay was perfect. The front desk attendants were very friendly and kind. Our room was plenty big enough for our family of 6 (2 queen bed suites), and it was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool, and there was a lot of outdoor seating. They have a nice little restaurant/bar. Breakfast was probably the best hot breakfast bar I've had since before the pandemic. The hotel is in perfect location from the downtown area and the outlets. All in all, our stay was PERFECT, and we will be staying here on our next trip to OKC!

Very clean, large comfortable king room. We didn't have breakfast but I looked at the offerings and there was a huge variety compared to other hotels. Lots of food options locally. Would have eaten at the hotel but the restaurant was closed.

Is motel style and doesn't look very good from the outside but the rooms are lovely inside. Also there was a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area but they seem to be everywhere in OKC.

Room was clean and properly was well kept

Breakfast was not fresh. Eggs were runny and had been scorched on bottom. Biscuits were burnt and dry. Would have loved some toast but none available. Muffins were leftover from day before. Dry and hard . Sausage was cold. Would like to see a better variety meats or fresh fruit.

I stayed in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room. Amenities were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was updated and modern, all appliances worked well. No complaints! I’ll be happy to stay here again the next time I’m passing through.
