Bed was comfortable and jacuzzi was nice!

The lady that checked us in was rude. She was eating when we walked in and after she was done she just stared at us without saying a word. Only thing she said was she needed a card for incidentals and our room number. A elderly man came up asking about the ice machine location and she didn’t even look up just said down the hall! I have never seen anyone so rude on customer service. The man that check us out in the morning was very friendly!

It was a nice quite location. I decided to stay somewhere in South Carolina during my Smokey Mountains vacation because I had never been to that state before (or North Carolina) before this trip. On a quest to be in all 50 states in my lifetime, only got 2 left! I wanted to see Spartanburg and I wanted a room with a jacuzzi, because I knew I’d have sore muscles from all my hiking . The hotel served its purpose. I don’t get a chance to use the pool. I would have if I had more time.

Probably not picking but there was a hair in the restroom. Otherwise it was clean.

Everything about our stay was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, with a decent variety of choices. The staff at the front desk were friendly, even talking to and joking around with our kiddos. She was great! I also enjoyed the price that we paid for the room we booked! I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that we were able to get an exceptional stay at a price we could afford!

The only issue we had was during check in. My credit card was approved on my end but declined on the merchant’s end, but the funds were removed from the account. I had to pay with a different card and still currently waiting on the funds to be returned to the other card. Essentially, I was charged twice for the same booking. luckily, I had the extra funds, but under most circumstances for most middle class families, this would have been a terrible situation.

Staff were friendly and overall accommodating The Bed was ok and our room stayed cool. The clerk at the front desk gave our guests a better room when we checked in, since it reeked of smoke and was not properly prepped.

The bathroom light is set on a motion detector, and it turns off after 20 seconds, which makes showering a challenge. Adjusting the light for a few minutes would be better. Our family quests in another room had to deal with noisy people throughout the evening slamming doors and loud TV in a nearby room.

everything looked run down. lamp was beside the bed.was rusted. bags of something beside the front doors. the darken shades looked like rats had chewed them. carpet worn out in hallway. ice machines were not clean and missing parts. just needs a good remodel.

The breakfast was amazing and easily accessible. Staff were very helpful and facilities were amazing as well.

One of the trash cans in the room I stayed in had water at the bottom of it but that's really it

All was well. Was quiet for a sold out property, no slamming doors or noise from upstairs.

Not the property's fault but exiting the property at around 5PM was a problem turning left onto HWY 9 as there is no light.

The lady at the front when I checked in was very agitated when I got there and it showed. I know everybody has their days but you have to be careful when working in customer service. Your attitude could scare the next customer away. Great stay overall though

Clean rooms and we loved having a separate sitting area that’s not a bed you’re sleeping in.

A little further away from the ballpark we go, and not a lot of restaurants near the hotel, but we would stay here again! It was nice having a little extra space.

That everything was very clean and smelled amazing.

I did not like the fact they they charge you $25 per night for a pet. That is ridiculous in my opinion. I think you should just get a deposit and refund the customers money when they leave unless you find pet damage, but with my little 16 pound Boston Terrier who is 16 years old, she has never in her life done damage to anything in our house ever. Even as a puppy, so I was disappointed that the $25 per night was not refundable, not to mention she was with us every single place we went. She was never left in the room alone. Other thing I did not like was that we had to leave a day early and they would not refund the one day pet fee or the one day room fee either, so they basically kept my money for their benefit.
