Hotel was nice, very clean, and the staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a complaint, but a critique, the comforter was very thin. Had to use the heater to make sure we weren’t too cold through the night. Was still a comfortable sleep, but if I had to pick something, that was the only “less than par” thing about the whole trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and there was a FANTASTIC breakfast.

My husband is in a wheelchair. Maneuvering the chair in the room was difficult as the room around the bed and furnishings was minimal and the door to the bathroom was also too narrow. The ice machine was broken on the first floor which required going to the second floor for ice. I don't object to the exercise, but my husband also suffers from Dementia and leaving him alone for any length of time is problematic.

Left at 4:30am to begin road travel and breakfast did not start till 6:30 so we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast.

Room was good and pet friendly. We were near an exit to walk our dogs and there was a doggy bin conveniently located that we used to pick up after our dogs.

Easy checkin, convenient location

The first room we were given had some areas that were not very clean so we switched rooms. The rooms are older, could use updating. Beds are not very comfortable, heat/air super loud, do bring ear plugs.

Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful! Especially the front desk clerk who checked me in was very helpful!

The only problem I had with this location there was dust in the shower and on some ledges and lights

Very nice staff, reasonable pet fee, and I was grateful to have a hotel that allowed me to bring my cat. Staff even gave me cat treats on arrival.

Could have used blankets in the room.

We have stayed at this particular hotel a couple of times. It’s a very nice hotel. It is very convenient right off interstate. Their breakfast is always good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Staff could not be more friendly! They were excellent. Rooms were clean. Beds are ok, just regular spring mattresses. Not good if you're used to Temurpedic, but comfortable enough for a night or two. Having fridge and microwave is wonderful!

I wish they had more information on area wineries and vineyards, considering they are right in the heart of Yadkin wine country. They had no info. They had one pamphlet showing 4 vineyards. The rest of their area information was for attractions no where near here, as in Tennessee and Virginia. The last time we stayed, they had lots of suggestions for area vineyards and even had cute little wine bottle shaped lotions. They should cater to themes like that again! It was a little disappointing that they had nothing. We went there expecting to find help in planning our weekend of vineyard hopping, but ended up just having to Google research instead.

Irving, the front desk clerk, was very helpful!

Elevator wasn't working on Sunday- we carried our luggage to the first floor.

The public areas and the room were both exceptionally clean and well maintained. The front desk clerk was friendly helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are traveling this route.

The office chair in our room had a height adjustment mechanism that was broken, and the wifi signal wasn't very strong.
