The staff made the stay great, when checking in we felt welcomed instantly. Amie was checking us in and she had asked the reason for stay and it was a birthday. After completing check in and making it into our room we had a knock at the door. It was the staff with a birthday desert and hand written card. It made our stay so much better. I just want to thank the staff that was there that day, I believe we have stayed 2 other nights there and have all been great.

bed and pillows are super comfortable - we love the fact that this hotel is classy like hotels USED to be, and has not been remodeled into something with a boring white modern decor. the room layout is perfect and the bathroom feels private. hotel is convenient and does not price gouge.

We have always love this hotel, but have noticed recently the constant upgrades I notice they keep making. I immediately noticed the wonderful scent in the hotel, the beds felt new, fresh and super comfortable, the pool was heated even the outdoor one, that was a huge bonus! We love this hotel.

Pool was wonderful and Sauna hot! Atmosphere was welcoming as was the entire team at the hotel.

Not that the hotel had any control however construction was a bit out of control on I-10 / 1604.

Nice building - Not as fancy as the high rises at the Riverwalk but very nice nonetheless. We were looking for something closer to Six Flags - about a 10 min drive. Downtown is about a 10-15 min drive from here. Plenty of restaurants close by. Free water bottles at the front desk.

Shower curtain was brown and was displeasing to shower with. Indoor Pool is heated and they have a Sauna. Elevators are a bit slow and outdated. My keycards stopped working on the last night of my stay and I had to get replacements, small inconvenience. No microwave in the room, couldn’t heat up my leftovers. Hot tub steam made eyes burn.

The property was very nice and room size was good. It was very close to many restaurants and attractions. Very polite staff who were very responsive to any requests.

Short on towels supplied. We had 4 people in our room and had 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. They don’t service rooms except for every 3 nights of stay, so in-room coffee supply lasted 1 day. Called for extras and and staff was very prompt at bringing extras. Asked for 3 coffee packets and cups. They brought that but not more creamer or sugar, had to ask for that separately. Staff was again very responsive and helpful.

Close to I10. Looked like a luxury hotel when driving up and walking into lobby. The beds were comfortable. Everything looked clean in our room. I liked that there was a sink outside of the toilet area. Helps for when there's multiple people trying to get ready/dressed. There's free bottled water if you ask at the front desk.

Being awaken early one morning by housekeeping because there was a mixup on our checkout. I also didn't like that because of the mixup our keys didn't work so we had to go all the way back to the lobby for them to rekey it. I also didn't like that their restaurant is only open on the weekends. They also don't come to clean your room except for stays longer than 3 nights but you could call down for more supplies and they bring it up to your room.

What can I say my stay was unbelievable the staff was amazing and so polite and welcoming with such a family environment our kids had a blast especially the outdoor movie set up (projector) the outdoor/indoor bar was sincerely on point! Bedrooms/Restrooms met our expectations of “Cleanliness” ,the location was great and comforting where I didn’t need to check my vehicle every so often. Will be returning soon!

Loved everything “Highly Recommend this Hotel”

From check in to check out staff was amazing they catered to our every need and helped us as much as they could! the whole purpose of our trip was to go to fiesta Texas and we were only 10 minutes away from the park.

The breakfast was great but would definitely recommend going early in the morning when it first opens we went later and it was a bit cold and the bread and bacon was hard. I would also recommend to take the exit before the one the GPS says to take on your way in because the parking lot is closed off when you exit that far out!
