Reasonably priced. It is very clean. Stayed here three times, desk staff is always very friendly. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but that area looked well taken care of and clean. Continental breakfast and coffee was nice. They have a nice outdoor patio where we were able to have some drinks and a cigar.

I found it strange the exterior doors were not locked at all times.

The housekeeping staff was exceptionally efficient and effective. Check-in was quick, easy and very accommodating. The location of the hotel was very convenient. We enjoyed everything very much. Wonderful!

We have no suggestions to make, since everything was very much to our liking.

Outlet on lamp only on when light was on, phone did not charge. The shower curtain hangs over the shower stall allowing water on the bathroom floor which is very slippery. That needs attention!

Breakfast was pretyf good. Not much variety - friends stayed at another Baymount hotel close by and they got eggs and sausage. Our waffles were excelent though difficult to east on the thin foam plates.

The TV was hard to use. Difficult to find channel to watch.

It was comfortable . Price was not too reasonable but I am sure everything is going up in price so it is to be expected. Continental breakfast was more than I expected. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches would of added an extra touch. Hsd them at prious hotel stays

The cost per night. Plus I was charged a few cents more than I was quoted on this site

I really enjoyed the King suite and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

That the pool and hot tub were down. I knew ahead of time because it did mention it on the website when i booked it, but it still was a bummer.

Window directly faced parking lot, but it can't be helped.

I was running the kettle moraine 100 trail run and this hotel was perfect location. We enjoyed meeting some of the kids that were in the special Olympics.

Able to check in before 3 pm and relax before the wedding. Clean. Shower was great

No elevator and with a knee problem had to use the stairs

Everything. We plan on staying there again. We booked this room on-line 24 hrs. before we needed it. Holiday weekend, rooms were scarce. We were on our way home from Chicago, with an event in Walworth Co. Staying here was convenient.

We didn't find anything wrong.
