Good selection of food at breakfast, ate food from the menu in my room which was OK. The staff cannot be praised enough for their kindness & hospitality.

I have stayed four times this year, each time requesting a late check-out. I was never charged the same price? The cost ranged from £50 to £95. When I asked why, I was told the price changed from time of season and availability. I'm not too sure this is the case, and as a regular guest I would have thought there would have been a little discount on the last payment of £95 for 9 hours?

This is an excellent place to stay and I absolutely recommend it, especially for the price. 1. The staff: Super friendly, always very transparent about pricing, always there to help you out (24/7!) 2. The room: Very beautiful rooms, although you should note that the normal suites are on the ground floor due to the way the building is designed. I had the chance to upgrade for a very cheap price and got my own jacuzzi and balcony - amazing! Also very clean. 3. The amenities: the pool is gigantic and absolutely amazing. The gym (important to me) has everything you need (multiple cable machines, leg press and dumbbells). Lots of spa treatment stuff and a sauna. The hotel has a partnered beach club (Haylaz) where they shuttle you to (for free), and it's great there, amazing and friendly staff, affordable food and drinks. Beach chairs are for free, beach beds cost extra. 4. The food: Breakfast is a highlight, with many different local specialities, and even if you're a vegetarian you'll have plenty to choose from. The 24/7 room service food is good and not overpriced for a hotel.

The only thing I could really criticize are the TVs - they don't seem to have a Miracast (or similar) option to connect your device wirelessly, and they are embedded into a frame so you can't access the HDMI to plug your laptop in with a cable. That meant that I basically never used the TV and watched everything on my laptop. Note that the hotel does not have direct beach access (but they do have shuttles). Tip: If you're the hiking type, you can go straight through the compound in the south and be at the beach within 15-20 minutes of walking (not sure if that's allowed, but no one ever bothered me).

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, really spacious and the bed was SO comfortable, lovely having the pool and loungers just outside. The shower was also beautiful.

The location was a bit far from old and new town so you need a taxi to get everywhere. The food also at breakfast could be a lot better, was a quite flavourless.

Room services are chargable, even for simple plates, which they didn't leave for the next days.

The staff was kind, courteous and willing to help. We were welcomed in a pleasant way with a cold and tasty drink. We chose the place mainly because of the reasonable price and the stunning design of the rooms. The level of cleanliness is very good. Everything is beautiful and meticulous. The location of the hotel is not the best you can find, but the hotel creates a feeling of a house that is fun to stay in.

As mentioned, the hotel is excellent. But here are some things that could be improved: 1. The service in the dining room/restaurant and bar is terribly slow. And it wasn't that the dining room was full. A dinner that should be finished within an hour at the most extended to almost two and a half hours each time. But everyone was kind and nice overall. 2. The water in the pool is too cold. At a level that makes it less fun. 3. For convenience, put the pool towels on the pool floor. Instead of going down to the spa and taking them. Make it easy for the guests. 4. The room cleaning service is great. But you should skimp a little less on shampoo and other toiletries. 5. In the afternoon (rest time) a deafening digging tool was working next to the hotel.

The room was modern and furnished with style ,everything was new and clean,exactly as on the photos.

The breakfast was not good at all and not too much variety. The area around the hotel was very neglected and full of garbage.

Great services all around, a gym, spa and massage space, lovely breakfast each morning. Overall very impressed with the entire space.

The hotel was very modern, the pool was really big and easily accessible from the rooms. The room was really spacious and the facilities were great. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was perfect. Big double bed, and multiple TVs in the room, as well as a large balcony with a view of the pool. The hotels location was good, only 15 minutes from the airport, and the hotel offer a free shuttle bus to go to the beach, where there is a private area with free sun lounges for the hotel guests. Breakfast was great, and the room service food was also really good.

There aren’t many restaurants or shops in close walking distance from the hotel, but we ate at the beach and utilised the free shuttle, and had room service to the room.

The accommodation Pure Heaven on earth We loved it! EXCELLENT! The Staff of the hotel were very friendly and always very helpful. The Guest Relation Manager - Timur was FANTASTIC! He was very friendly, polite, he greeted us with a smile on his face every time he saw us. He was very helpful, he told us all about the hotel and the area and even helped us when we were leaving, arranged VIP transfer to the airport and made sure we went to the right Terminal, we were going to T1, he double checked it and it was T2 (he was right) BIG THANK YOU to Timur. The Spa! WOW! just WOW! you MUST try hammam there! Mohamed is the best physiotherapist I ever met. Great room, very spacious, very comfortable, with everything you need. Amazing breakfast and great food at the hotel restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service to the beach.

Location is far from the city center (around 30min by taxi), but 15min from the airport, for us was great as we were looking for just a few days of relaxation.
