Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service at the reception desk especially MUHAMMET he was so amazing and so friendly and so helpful with anything we would ask him and the service men helping you with bags were very kind. This is our second time at this hotel visiting istanbul. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and incredibly convenient location being close to sabiheh airport with easy parking right on site. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Our room was spacious and clean, the cleaning ladies were very kind and friendly providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, our experience at Miracle was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. Close to Sabiha airport and big mall. A large, beautiful and clean room, excellent staff with personal attention, especially at the reception, Mohamet and Burak We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We stayed just one night at the hotel due to flight connection. We booked it just 30 min before arrival and when we arrived ( only 10 min by taxi from airport ) we had fast check-in and Bade on reception was so kind to upgrade our room for free, so we had enough place for us and a baby. The stay was so relaxing and we enjoyed the clean fresh swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing and also we received some sweet surprise in the room. Also we are very thankful to Tatyana for detailed description of beautiful places of Istanbul, that we can visit. Near the hotel there is a great shopping mall with restaurants. We will definitely return and not only in case of flight connection. The hotel is well situated for discovering Istanbul

Very nice, clean and modern hotel located @ 10 min ride far from the airport. Room was very big and the bedding incredible. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices while Nehir, Mustafa & Tetiana from the reception/guest relation have been very kind and helpful with my reservation & requests. A very nice touch from the hotel’s staff was the sweets platter that awaited for us in our room, after we checked in.

Sometimes, during the shower the sewage had foul odor.

They take 100USD as insurance when you arrive (Cash) and you get it back when you are leaving Its fine but this was the first time I pay insurance in a hotel

breakfast had good varietiest, there were standard items always available and other items everyday changed that were also very nice choices which make it perfect for me . salad bar was nice, and diet options was available. Despite the restaurant was very busy in the morning but the waiters were fast in preparing the tables, the restaurant has a terrace on the pool and open yard which gives even better feelings. rooms are clean and good equipped, size is perfect, welcoming complimentary desert was very nice. Generally quite and neat rooms, bathroom was excellent room service was taking long time for any issue in the room, so take it short and go down to the reception. But to be honest they are very cooperative and helpful so when we had an issue with one of our room's door lock, the hotel was happy to change the room with upgrade, also when we ordered food to the room the service was supper, the waiter from the restaurant bring food to each room in separate trip so no food become cold and the waiter her self was very happy smiling and welcoming despite it was late night. location is excellent as it is neighbor to the best outlet in asia Istanbul, next to the hotel gate there is a very good supermarket MIGROS that have everything you might need and an amazing restaurant called DÜRÜM YERIM which open 24/7 so no worries as all the other services around the area close by 10 PM.

Every think was good as always, its my 4th time l stay in that hotel,its near viaport shooping center and 10 min next to airport with taxi,personels are very helpful,

The onlly think they could do beter its to change turkish tea at the breakfast,l told them each time l go there but stille the same, no taste at all,no smell of the tea,like coloring water thats all,so please some one manager or who ever,buy THE REAL TURKISH TEA,its very traditional there,but,each time l asked l just get answer, we have this,thats all. for such class of hotel we could do better, then just a diplomatic answer,and often wasnnt even hot the water for the tea unfortunatly, very pity,but l hope this time some one see it...

location is far from central city but still ok (IMMAR MALL 20 min by car and 40 min to kadakoy, reception respond to request over phone takes time

Very clean and comfortable, many resturant close by. Walking distance to outlet mall. Very easy to get from airport. Taxi cost 100 lira or take bus 73 which cost 18 lira and 5 stops from the airport.
