Never disappointed with a service. Location is amazing, rooms are quite specious and comfortable for someone who likes to work while traveling. Restaurant food is amazing, restaurant stuff were super nice to me and made few special orders as after long trip I was struggling with my stomach.

Last time I had a leaking AC. Would suggest to clean a bit better bathroom, shower heads begging for attention. Also had a bit inconveniences with water pressure. Never found socket in the bathroom for dryer

One of my favorite hotels. Even despite the war it provides the excellent service. Very comfortable rooms, delicious food. The variety of choices at the breakfast buffet is impressive. It was nice to see my favorite Byredo skin care products in the bathroom. That is all about luxury. Every time I come back here I feel at home.

I had a great stay there! Excellent location, beautiful interior, friendly stuff. Very varied breakfast. Definitely, would stay there again and again.

Women sauna didn't work. Swimming pool isn't big.

The location is amazing and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The pool and saunas downstairs were great.

Check in time was listed at 2 pm, but we were not able to get into our room until almost 4 ( no one explained why, we were just told it wasn’t ready) and sat around the lobby. The receptionist seemed really annoyed that we even asked how long it might take, said she’ll let us know and then just disappeared. The photos of the property are a bit misleading- a lot of them are of an adjacent restaurant.

They didn’t change bed sheet until we asked on the third day , also they need to take care of cleaning windows, moreover, they should change the water cutel for boiling water in the room because it very old and no coffee maker

Parking has to be paid for, eventhough that was not mentioned anywhere. Information given to me on the consierge desk was not what I asked, and I lost a lot of time going where they told me, in search of what I wanted. There is no attention to making you feel that you are important as a client.

I had a bad experience with what call The VVIP store that is part of the hotel, when we enter the shop to buy some items we saw From the glass door of the shop, the saleswomen who were working there reacted in a very raciest way and she refused to even answer our questions and react in a very rude manner that is not expected from a salesperson. I think this will effect the hotel reputation as the store is located within the hotel premises.

Great location - a stone's throw away from many important landmarks in Kyiv. The staff and service were great, as expected from a 5-star hotel. The food was excellent and quite diverse, although quite pricey.

Air conditioning is finicky at least in the room I was in, but otherwise not many other problems. Some of the facilities in the room can look a bit dated.

Wonderful stay. This place is something of an institution, particularly since the invasion. it is a self-contained marvel, with its own shelter.
