Location, location, location. Outstanding. Walk out the door and it’s all there. Literally 20 steps to the opera house. Competent friendly staff. Not gushing but calm and professional. The room at back of hotel with a small balcony, table and chairs overlook a tree filled square.

No running water on arrival. Not sure how quick it was fixed but it was fixed when I came back 3 hours later. I appreciated the balconies a lot but the drone from restaurant aircon and ventilation fans was significant if you are there easily bothered The room was small for a double bed. Alone, I was fine but a coffee ? No

Location, location, location - it's as central as one can get in Odes(s)a. That's a huge plus, if you don't mind the street noise, of which there is plenty (we didn't mind) The reception desk staff were friendly. An iron and an ironing board were provided when we asked for them. Slippers and toiletries provided free of charge; towels replaced regularly. A safe in the room - although the door got stuck a bit, it worked just fine. The room had a balcony, great for fresh air and for admiring bits of the city

The second bed did not really fit in the room - it looks like originally the room was just a single, and we had to squeeze past the second bed to get to the balcony. Plus a large TV set hanging over the head of a sleeping guest is definitely a safety hazard. The hotel restaurant plays an annoying (loud) song every hour on the hour, so be ready for it (you will hear it in your room)

The position of hotel is one of the best from the city is in center so provides access to numerous locations for tourism.The staff was helpful and provided very good recommendations regarding the city.

The room had problems, after I requested help with it, it was fixed in fast way, but not most qualitative one.

Would have been nice if the room had tea/coffee facilities other than ordering room service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in perfect location - close to major points of interest, lots of restaurants, etc. We had a lovely little balcony overlooking the street which we enjoyed using.

IT DOES NOT HAVE GREEK CHANNELS. BY THE WAY, YOU HAVE CHANNELS FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD. DO YOU REALLY HAVE CUSTOMERS FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD AS WELL ? CHECK YOUR CUSTOMERS LIST AND INCLUDE CHANNELS FROM THAT LIST AND NOT WHAT NATIONALITIES YOU HAVE IN UKRAINE.

Everything was very nice, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean. the restaurant of the hotel was great. Especially the location of the hotel was unbelievably good. It was very close to everywhere, the view of the rooms was seeing the garden on the inside and the city on the outside. I would definitely recommend.

Central location, very convenient for bars, cafes, the best parts of town, easy to find, safe, easy to get transport to other parts of town. One of the best parts of Odessa

The twin beds was not organized will , one of the beds not leaning on the wall and small space to get to the balcony, but if i want king size bed this hotel will be my first choice always.

The place is cozy , nice and clean . I spent 5 days here and it was amazing . I booked the family room with a balcony with opera view . Everything is just a walking distance from here . Nice restaurants and coffee in the back of the hotel with outdoor place .

I highly recommend this hotel. Center of city , next to opera building, very clean , comfortable and well design room, friendly staff. I found my home in Odessa :)

I couldnt find anything. May be i can give just only one advice , a kettle in room would be good with pocket of tea and coffee as a compliment
