An elegant and well staffed hotel, with great facilities. The staff are not only exceptionally well trained, but genuinely 'go that extra mile' to make one feel welcome. From the kindness of Opong at reception area, through to the professional and friendly service by Stuart at the Sports Bar, there was a great feeling of contentment and professional integrity. With a welcoming and spacious pool area with a swim up bar, and a small but serviceable gym, the facilities are spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The Villa Naas Restaurant, offering fine Lebanese inspired cooking was in all honesty one of the finest meals I have experienced in my 45 years of travelling the world! Bravo to all.

There was nothing to fault this venue. I would certainly aim to stay here again.

Bed was comfortable, room was dated but clean. Bathroom had a shower and a bath. Great bar downstairs called the horse and hound. We were over looking the bar and the polo pitch, they probably could of done with sound proofing the room a bit better. Huge balcony. Valet parking, always a plus. A nice range of restaurants in the hotel. Late check out of 1pm was given no problem.

Sound proof the room a bit better. Breakfast could do with some serious improvement, staff were lovely but selection was poor. Also there was some football tournament on and kids in dirty stud boots kept on walking through breakfast. Pool was small with too many trees around it.

We always use this hotel when we go to the Rugby 7s. It is conveniently situated between the city and the stadium. The pool area is relaxing and there is a good gym. and there is a WONDERFUL new lebanese restaurant.

The pool food really needs to be improved. Every year it is poor. but having said that the tuna salad is excellent. They do have shuttles to kite beach and other locations but this seems to be a secret!

The entire staff, notably Mrs. Shefali was friendly and went above and beyond also all other departments like security, F&B, FO & house keeping . Also because I stayed in the hotel, The room was both comfortable and elegant, offering a perfect retreat. Staying on-site eliminated any logistical stress, allowing us to focus on the event's success. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

The cleanliness and organization of the hotel also deserve praise. Everything was spotless, which contributed to a pleasant and comfortable stay. In addition, the room service was exceptional and the food offered by the hotel's restaurant was simply delicious. In summary, my stay at the hotel was exceptional and I have nothing to complain about. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, tranquility, cleanliness, and organization. My guest was happy about the location, peaceful and not too crowded. She was there more for relaxation and peace of mind. I requested for the room that is facing in polo area and I was even offered for room upgrade but I declined as the polo area was nicer. She was happy with room cleanliness. The hotel accommodated past 2PM for late check which was really nice and helpful for her to unwind. She mentioned that the receptionist Sohan was very assistive and also Kamal who made sure she had everything she needs.

The property was outstanding and upto the mark. Courteous and helpful staff. Rosella gave us the perfect comfortable room with a view. I must say breakfast can be improved. Washrooms must be more water friendly as the water was pouring out and making the floor wet and slippery. Bit dangerous for kids Otherwise a perfect and peaceful place for a quiet getaway from the bustling city. Perfect location and value for money Thank you

The room was lovely - spacious and with huge bed. Linen was superb as well as the view from the balcony. Bathroom was gorgeous with brass taps and marble finishing.

We ate at 3 restaurants of the hotel and were quite disappointed with quality of the food served. In the first instance we lunched at the pub, where we had fish and chips. Quality was abysmal. For dinner, we tried Grill Pit, where we had a rib eye and roast chicken. The restaurant was so hot inside it seemed the AC wasn’t working. Uncomfortably hot. We changed tables a couple of times and eventually ended up having our food at the bar, where it was lot cooler. Both dishes were below par - meat was smelling of gas, and chicken was overcooked. Not the best quality for such a hotel. In the cafeteria we had a macaron, which was very dry and stale. There also seemed a problem with the level of comprehension of staff at check-in. It was down to level of English of some staff members.
