The room was absolutely amazing! I arrived late in the evening, and the staff who helped me check in and bring up my luggage were super helpful and very friendly as well. I also visited the spa and had a wonderful treatment, and the staff there were awesome as well. In general, I really enjoyed my stay, and it far exceeded my expectations.

There was one small incident at breakfast, but it's not even worth going into because the staff really jumped into correcting it and making my stay as amazing as possible. I will say that I appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they addressed the situation, and I will absolutely stay again without hesitation!

Excellent service that will try to help you as much as possible. Attention from the housekeepers, convenient business desk in the room, everything is always clean, the rooms are "what you see is what you get", no unpleasant surprises. Location is good - Business Bay metro station is like 10 mins of walk if you're using it here.

Getting down to the street from lobby is a little puzzle, but that's more related to the building itself. Also, there's a construction site nearby - avoid this side of the building for a better view.

during my stay the bar lounge was not ready yet I was informed that it will be ready at the end of September. Spa should be completed with a sauna

Breakfast was ok. Service was excellent! Location was perfect..

We didn't like that the entrance is only for cars. If tou are a tourist and you want to explore the surroundings...it is very difficult to get out and inside. At least there should be sins!!! It was very uncomfortable.

The breakfast selection here is fantastic! Though I tend to eat the same things every day, the variety of options is truly impressive. I especially love the dragon fruit and watermelon—they’re two of my favorite fruits! I also want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service during check-in. I arrived a bit late due to a delayed flight, but the gentleman at reception, Moussahd (apologies if the spelling is off—I’ll correct it once I have the name), took great care of me. Special thanks as well to Mr. Husam Malki, and a huge shoutout to the in-room dining and housekeeping team: Jenny, Su, Ryush, Swapnil, Dorje, Nanda, Joicee, Samir, and the entire crew. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

it's a small thing - but maybe could be added to add sauna and steam room. Other than that all was perfect.

The bathroom is amazing (spacious and well lit) with big windows I could easily sleep there 😁

No sound proofing in the room. I woke up many times at night due to noises outside the room.

Everything was arranged perfectly, paying attention to every detail to make our stay memorable, the staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. We even booked the safari in the desert from the hotel and it was the best.
