What we like the most is the location, the hotel place is accessible to everything like the mall, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, etc....We also how the staff approach us during check-in, specially Ms. Lucy. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. We have a comfortable stay. Its worth in terms of the value.

There is one staff in the pool area, i was not able to get his name. He is not rude, he is also friendly but what we didn't like is giving instructions to us. We cannot just move to one place to other area of the pool because he doesn't want the floor to be wet, he will wipe it right away. Even how to use the towel, he will give a comment.

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ♥️,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you 💕

The only thing which I didn't like the we the wifi.Needs improvement,it's slow and sometimes the connection it's not coming in some areas of the room ,need to move and to search for the signal again and again.

Cleanliness

Breakfast Not at all good

Lady at checkout went out of the way to accommodate us to a bigger room. The room was exceptionally big, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently close to MOE and metro. Free parking is available. The hotel despite being an older building is very well kept and clean. Nice pool on the rooftop with city views.

Gym was abysmal with old machines, some of which were not working. Pool water was not warm. There is no business center to be used by the guests. I had a couple of online meetings that I had to take from my room.

I likeed the location most of all. Very close to he metro and has all supermarkets are close by

I didn't like the deposit and secondly that the hotel tried by all means to keep the deposit. It was very unprofessional and put me off coming back

I stayed for almost one month and found the hotel kinda quiet. The team were friendly, and it’s worth mentioning Raj Kumar’s thorough house keeping with high quality, From the bell team, Mohamed Shahadat was nice, and In the reception, I can remember Fatima who was really professional and her fast action to solve any problem I faced. April was such nice receptionist as well.

I didn’t like the internet speed in the hotel which was just basic speed not high-speed !

Room aircon wasn't working properly Rooms just need a slight revamp / renovation as it is abit old fashion The Bar / Pub downstairs , very noisy - we stayed on the first floor hence had trouble sleeping as the music was too loud

Loved the spacious room very family friendly. The pool is beautiful and the staff at reception, cleaning and security have been outstanding. Very helpful with transport and making us feel welcome at any time of the day.

Light switch on headboard as it was accidentally turned on whilst sleeping a few times. Would be great to have a smart tv connection to youtube. Also room needed a lamp other than the one next to bed.

I booked the executive room at Donatello Hotel, and it was truly a pleasant experience. One of the standout features was the spaciousness of the room, the big comfortable bed, the classic decor - created a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind.

I arrived late for check in. When I was at the reception area, it was manage by one staff only. She was handling several calls, causing 15-20mins delay in my check in. Despite the busy circumstances, she was very accommodating and quickly approved my request for a late check-out.

I was having a lot of problems in the rooms when I checked in, but with the help of Mr. Ahmed from the front office, everything became super fine. Mr. Ahmed brought his magic from his previous hotel to here; he is professional and ready to make your stay a special one., and he is one of the best managers I have met. The housekeeping guy who came to refresh our room was nice and polite. The pool was amazing, but the hungry monkey was full of vibes.

The center elevator was dirty and dusty; i think there was a renovation going on
