The hotel location is very good - 15mins from airport (55AED), Dubai Mall, Old Dubai and Museum of the future and it is 5 mins drive from La Mer beach. If you are more than 2 people, its faster to take the taxi from airport instead of metro as it costs the same. The rooms are comfortable and decent sized. The rooms were cleaned on time. The breakfast buffet was very good with enough options - including atleast 1 Indian food item daily. There is a sport bar on site with a limited menu. The hotel does offer Lunch Buffet (AED 45) and Dinner buffet (AED55) incase you don't want to go out for meals. The buffets are a decent alternative to highly priced bar food. Wi-fi in the hotel is good and strong enough. The rooms have a locker and and empty refrigerator. There was no iron box, but the front desk provided it when we called. The room comes with 2 water bottles per day as the tap water is not drinkable in Dubai. There is a a pop up to book excursions incase you haven't booked them online in advance. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to La Mer beach and Dubai mall twice daily. However it can sometimes get full as it picks up guests from another hotel before reaching Holiday Inn. There is a bag storage room as well where you can keep you bags incase your return flight is later than the 12pm check out time.

The bathrooms need to be renovated as the shower doors were shaky. The rooms were cleaned on time. We did have a communication gap where some family members who reached the hotel earlier had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours since they need the physical credit card to get room keys. This was an inconvenience to us even though i msgd 12 hours in advance to use the CC on file so they get the room keys. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a spring bed and very uncomfortable. So if you have back issues, try to avoid it.

Good hotel for the price indicated, value for money. Liked: 1. Daily cleaning of the rooms, towels changed every day. 2. The room is in good condition. 3. Friendly staff, especially cleaning and in the restaurant. 4. Nearby is a good La Mer beach. 5. Nice area, not far from the center, but calm.

Did not like: 1. Monotonous food every day, especially for breakfast.

We arrived early in the morning and were allowed an early check in at 09h00; this was very appreciated as we had a baby with us. We were also allowed a late check out. The lady at the reception who welcomed us was very friendly, unfortunately I forgot to check her name. Breakfast was very nice, we specially liked the dates and fruits. The location was ideal to visit downtown Dubai and Old Dubai. It was easy to stop RTA taxi in front of the hotel. Room was very spacious, and my baby slept peacefully in the cot provided. This hotel is very good for money and we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast is good ( caffe, tea, juices, eggs, fruits, bacery… We have used shuttle bus every day( you havevto be on site few min before arrival to take a seat)

It’s affordable, good value for money, staff are friendly especially to Steven and Mary Jane who are always there in the morning at breakfast- helpful and always smiling. Hotel is clean and very convenient, near to some of the popular landmarks in Dubai. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for everyone and will stay there again next time🙏

Fridge in the room is not working, at times there’s no towels available you have to call the housekeeping

Everything was amazing I spend 5 days there , hotel staff , rooms , hotel location everything was best . specially the night shift guy Muhammad Shehbaz was a very great guy there .he’s very trustworthy and loyal person and he’s so kind with us second he give us many favor and helps us in our trip alot . In addition in a day shift there is a girl lovely his name is as like his personality . This girl was amazing and she help us a lot whenever we go on our day trip she guided us about everything even I feel free to say that she indirectly plan my whole trip very very kind Girl ! I love all staff there specially and personally Muhammad shehbaz and lovely this guys makes our trips very special andvery easy !

easy check-in, smiling reception staff, all staff is really hardworking and kind. internet speed, location, free parking, fresh pineapple juice :) every morning. The room has a kettle, tea, and coffee facility. The ice machine is on the first floor.

breakfast/dinner area is not enough, it was really crowded. Breakfast is not enough. the open-air parking area is used by other building residents which causes a waiting time for them to come to the parking area. The hotel admin must establish a barrier. The underground parking area is so narrow if you have an SUV. We stayed in room 125, the bath is only hot water. The technician adjusted how to use it for warm and cold but after him, it was the same. Very hot bath water. After dinner we have to pay for coffee and tea.

Location

Poor amenities, no tissues in room, and the corridor passage of hotel having the carpet flooring is stinky. As I checked out i need to pay for the water which I would love to pay by the cash but the Staff(African lady) straightly saying that she doesn’t have change with weird gesture, and I need to pay by card thankfully i have card at that time if incase I won’t have that then there will be a problem. I mean she could simply at least try ti get the change but the attempt was not there from her.
