My check-in was at 14:00, but I arrived a lot earlier (around 06:00). I was welcomed and given a room as soon as it was possible, without any extra charge! I am very thankful for staff's kindness and understanding!

The room was big and modern. The breakfast was crowded but good selection of food. There is tea in the room. The room was stylish and comfortable.

The problem was no shuttle from the airport. It was late at night. You can actually walk there if you research a little. Just get out of Terminal 3, turn to the right, pass Terminal 1, cross the road and go straight 200 meters. Going back to the airport there is a shuttle but not too often.

Staff is great. They offered me a late checkout just because we arrived at 4 am and that’s all we needed!

Free shuttle is a lie. It only works a few times in the morning, so don’t expect to enjoy it if you arrive in the afternoon or evening. They also don’t reply to your messages when you ask about the shuttle.

location, friendly front of house staff, its clean, it has a decent pool, its cost effective, everything I need when I am passing through Dubai

Breakfast is poor, not much fruit or choice, cleaning staff promised me a coat hanger, (imagine none in the room) on 2 occasions, on 2 separate days, but didn't deliver.

The pool, the room, proximity to the airport and Ggico metro station, access to a tour guide/safari booking guide and the availability of a shuttle to the airport.

Provide coffee as well in the rooms coz not all of us like to take tea

the bathroom! Very strange solution in my opinion.. Glass walls with an only shared door for shower and toilet (when the shower is closed the toilet is open and vice verso). It might be ok when you are alone but in 2 you want some privacy..

It’s convenient to all the amenities and airport. The airport shuttle services and the driver service was great. The staff at the reception paid attention to detail on everything and were very help. The general worker for housekeeping Imran was excellent and he is very friendly, knowledgeable and committed to his job . Tiffany at breakfast area the chef was always making sure that we enjoyed our breakfast.

They gave me a room without a view and the bar fridge is not that cold. Please 🙏 if possible may the be a microwave facility or fridge room in each floor so that we may be able to warm food if one has food

This is my second time staying there, and it's really convenient for being very close to the airport, especially if your flight is in mid-day so you will easily skip the rush hour as you already mins away from the airport

I came late and if your reservation wasn't paid it may get canceled I was lucky and found a room but if you will arrive after 6 pm make sure your reservation is paid

the room is clean, nice pool view and quiet, the hotel facilities are nice. the kids enjoyed the playroom areas. overall hotel design is really great. breakfast is ok nothing too fancy. and the breakfast chef was nice. the housekeeping who cleaned our room was very respectful.

i didnt like the one receptionist who questioned my sister why her kids was of different nationality. the kids in question are all teenagers. should have kept the question to himself and start considering where he is and know most familiies are mixed. and just got weirded out by the bathroom concept as I was with family. but anyways still a good room

I recently had an unexpected and stressful situation where I missed my flight and was all alone as a pregnant woman, feeling very anxious. Needing somewhere close to the airport, I chose to stay at IBIS Styles Dubai Airport Hotel. Upon arrival, I was a bit disheartened to find there was no concierge service, but thankfully, the security team kindly assisted me with my luggage. Unfortunately, the check-in process was less than ideal. Despite my situation, I was initially given a room that was uncomfortable. After an hour, though, they were able to change it for me, which was a relief. The turning point in my stay came when Mr. Khalid at reception stepped in. He made sure I was comfortable and looked after, and his efforts truly made a difference during my stay. The kitchen staff, particularly the chef, were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The housekeeping team was also exceptional—always ready to help and ensuring that my room was in perfect condition every day. Although my initial experience wasn’t great, the wonderful service I received, particularly from Mr. Khalid and the rest of the staff, is why I ended up staying for 10 days. Their care and attention made a difficult time so much more bearable.
