Opportunities in a way..that..we booked three persons, but the supplies only good for 2 persons. Also, the toiletries/kits were not replenished ( as we expected, and being done with our stays in other hotels). Also, the pillows are not comfortable..made my neck stiff.

I didn't use the breakfast facility. But the staff especially Gupi was super helpful. Professional but very helpful

Pool from 9am to 5pm was a negative as for the 8days we didn't get to use the pool at all. There's this mixed race asian lady at the reception...didn't get her name...she's a bit toooo professional...didn't crack a smile throughout throughout 8 days spent there.

location is perfect, staff were lovely and the room was really big size and very comfortable bed, also the washing machine was a bonus

there was not really usable swimming pool, it looks completely different to photos and wasnt usable it looked like building side. would be nice to be able to cool off in a hotel pool as it was so hot in dubai but lovely hotel otherwise and great value for money

Everything except the prices they put on booking.com is different from the money you pay. They charge extra

Clean bright studio well equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine etc. Very comfortable bed and linen. Good sized pool area which got the sun most of the day. Ideal if you are looking for self catering facilities. Easy access to marina and metro. Staff very pleasant and the lady at check in was excellent.

No balcony furniture although the staff kindly sorted out two dining chairs for us to use. Another bedside lamp plus a chair/stool for the desk would be need if you planned to work. Some road noise but not excessive for the area.

Great location and facilities around the hotel. The reception team is perfect, they were absolutely helpful and all issues were resolved superfast. Cleaning team provided with water and other supplies on daily basis, really nice guys. All employees in this hotel are very professional.

It's all about the building - I had two water leakages during 1 week of my stay (at the kitchen and in the bathroom). There was a constant moldy smell in the room (probably previous water leakages caused mold). If somebody is cooking - smells of food are penetrating the public areas and the whole floor. Construction works next to the building - a lot of dirt and workeks around. Again, team of cleaners and the reception work perfect and resolving all issues very fast, but the building itself needs renovaton and maintenance.

Excellent service by Jannah place. This is our second time staying here after 2018. We stayed here as a family of 4 for 12 days. Excellent location 10 mins walk over to bridge to Dubai marina. Free parking available. Ashkay our housekeeper made our room spotless everyday. Service by staff and the way everyone helped you even the security with a smile.

The hotel were very comforting to our scenic view. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed.

Some of the day staff are not very helpful, you get one word responses. Some have an attitude problem. Also, the the photos online did not match what was actually there i.e the rooftop was very disappointing. The pool was too small and the sauna room seemed dirty.

Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size with a nice kitchen. Parking was also available.

Noise for rooms facing the mosque: Garbage collection in the early hours and noise from the lot next to the mosque as it looks like another construction site could be starting soon.So ask gor a room facing West Side building instead.

We booked studio and it is very spacious. Apartment is super clean, bad is big and comfortable. Cleaning is every day. Kitchen is also well equipped and there is even washing machine, which is great if you are staying longer. We liked our balcony with marina view. Location is great. All recommendations.

Following things are just suggestions for improvement: - chairs on the balcony for enjoying morning coffee would be great - it was hard to open balcony door - drying rack would be perfect to add
