The location of the hotel is fantastic if you have kids - easy to get cabs with car seats from the hotel to the local attractions such as Kidzania, Sea World, Ferrari World, Legoland etc. The onsite waterpark was also amazing, just a 2 minute walk from the hotel, it may not keep older kids amused for too long as it is a small waterpark but it was brilliant for kids aged 3-8. We had two rooms connected and the rooms were extremly spacious, both with balconies overlooking the water.

The only thing we did not like was the noise at night. There seemed to be a beach club which was blasting music until 2am in the morning on three out of the seven nights of our stay although we were staying over the Christmas period so it may be a one off due to the holiday season. On the other four nights there was generally loud music until about 11pm. The hotel did offer to move us in the hotel further away from the beach club however I do not believe that would have made any difference with how loud the music was - it could also be heard at the Westin.

All facilities for the kids.. kids club, swimming pools, waterpark and the beach… very enjoyable for the kids from 1,5 to 15.. staff always welcoming us

The noisy because of the night clubs very loud sounds disturb our sleeping. The trees around the slides and water pool inside water park the droppings of leaves make the water look dirty and not looking good need care

he staff and reception were consistently amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the uniquely warm pool water – a delightful and rare treat. The complimentary valet parking was a definite plus. My child absolutely loved the Jungle Bay waterpark, which was a fantastic perk for hotel guests. The access to all three hotel facilities truly created a resort city atmosphere, offering something for everyone. Finally, the location is ideal for those seeking a luxurious experience in the upscale area.

While the experience was largely positive, the pricing felt somewhat inflated. Our room, despite having a king and a single bed, felt cramped, especially given our week-long stay and the amount of luggage we had; wardrobe space was insufficient for our belongings. Additionally, the shower water pressure could have been stronger, and the food at the pool bar could be improved.

Resort, water park, beach, pools, valet service, most of the staff was courteous.

I was told by a person that abaya can’t be worn while accessing the beach area even if I don swim and he stopped us from accessing the beach. When inquired later from the receptionist, I was told there was no dress code to access the beach area if u don’t swim. It was a huge off as we just wanted to enjoy the night breeze sitting close to the quiet night beach. Also, the person who came to check the minibar accused us of taking two pepsi cans when we hadn’t even touched the minibar. The bins in the both the washroom and the room didn’t have any liners and there was no tissue box in the room. Also, the tv provided wasn’t a smart tv 😐

- We were upgraded to WESTIN Hotel (a more luxurious ambiance) - Many pool options for different age groups including the large splash pad / water slides for kids - Good ambience near the reception - Live music & entertainment during breakfast was brilliant - Welcome drinks at check and coffee voucher was appreciated

- Check-in process was very, very time consuming - AC did not work well at all throughout our stay - AC maintenance person gave some silly reasoning - There aren't enough staff in the common areas - The pool slide areas gets crowded and dirty with leaves from surrounding trees, twigs and dirt entering the pool - Some housekeeping staff are unprofessional - coming into the room without knocking or checking if there are occupants - Some of the staff at the coffee shop near the main reception sounded arrogant - Price is quite high - there are other hotels with the same facilities (and lower rate)

Excellent location with access to 8 pools, including those in the Westin next door which is a very high standard hotel. Great pools, very varied for both children and adults, kids loved the Jungle Bay water park. Wide variety of breakfast choices and we were offered a very good value half board rate on arrival which could be used at all restaurants across all hotels in the resort.

Family rooms could have been larger, felt more like a high standard 4 star then real luxury. Not all have balconies either.

Best choice for a family vacation with kids - would not hesitate to go back. Staff was wonderful, especially Vinodth Antony in Valet - he was especially kind to my elder parents and helped so much with my mother's scooter. Thanks also to Hanna at Travel desk who handled our last minute requests for desert safari and yacht cruise by WhatsApp - too many others in Latest Recipe restaurant and room cleaning - Will be back for sure - Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Would be nice to have a few more Indian vegetarian options at Latest Recipe dinner buffet

first of all i want to speak about khalil and say he is give us the best service we ever get, he was very kind of us very helpful, every quest we ask he care to us, every time we going out from the hotel he made sure to give us bag full of water, and even when we check out in 4 in night he was made sure that we will get breakfast i must say kind of worker like that is asset he need to be maneger and teaching how to give service it was more then we expected to get, also muhammed ali was one of the bed very kind and very caring and helfull, And the truth is that all the employees were very excellent and nice. the food was excellent the dinner give you to choose one restaurant at the time truly all of them was perfect, somthing that little bit was less liked is that we need to pay on the drinks every time and we were with 3 kids and every glass of coke cost 30 aed, but at the end it was very good vication and we recommend on this hotel, thank you very much...

paying on the drinks, i do understand the hotel interest, i dont care to add more money and get the drinks included cus with 3 kids its not worth it.

Absolutely incredible staff, so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Restaurants we tried on site were all incredible (fish and Bussola.) Great half board options. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Huge variety of pools and amazing waterpark for kids - aged 7 and 4 had the best time there

Could hear the bass from barasti bar as per other comments, but it wasn't too loud to stop us sleeping after busy days in the pool and late nights at dinner er. We were 7th floor, sea view. Unsure if would have sounded louder on lower floors

At first. Good impression made by Miss.Özlem at the reception during check-in, Thanks to her, she made the process easy for me and my big family. The hotel staff are helpful and easygoing. The beds are comfy, and there was no noticeable noise from other guests. Rooms cleanliness was good. The pool and water park, no complaints, we had a lot of fun. Sweet lady receptionist ,sorry I can't recall her name, She is from the Philippines and was so helpful approving late checkout for my wife when she informed her that it's her birthday. Thanks to her good soul and heart, the hotel was fully booked, but she helped.

Somehow, an unpleasant smell can be noticed in the corridors leading to the rooms. Not all toilets have a standing shower area, so showering in the bathtub wasn't the best, especially when the water floods the toilet after showering. Parking service was good but they don't park all cars under a covered Parking, our relatively new car almost got damaged from the high temperatures. The second car, even newer, was luckily under the shed, not sure why they have different standards.
