Hotel was very nice, everything was fine. Breakfast was perfect and very delicious. A man working during breakfast was so nice for us and made everything perfect. This stay was even more cool because of him!!

It’s like coming home every time we are at this hidden treasure. The beach, pool, food are fantastic but more over the personal of the hotel makes it so special. This time me we had the most amazing experience with Akex at Sho Cho - Japanese Restaurant and beach bar - his knowledge about Cocktails and drinks are outstanding and hus kindness and hospitality are magnificent

Customer service was fantastic, everyone super friendly (receptionist went above on beyond to help me re-schedule an excursion I booked). Swimming pool facility is the best I've seen with fantastic views of the burj al arab. It was empty and I enjoyed a good hour of stress-free swimming. Receptionist so nice she said I could stay till end of day if I wanted! (i.e. after check out). Beach not far away, there was a free shuttle but I liked to walk to get a feel for the area (which was super safe and quiet). The room definitely gave a homely feel and I was not disturbed at all for the one night I stayed. A great place if you want piece of mind from an accommodation perspective.

Very over the top with security. Whilst I was hovering in the reception, all the male and female staff (security guards) were intensely staring at my face and following my movements to the point that I felt very disturbed whenever I was in that area or entering/leaving the premises. It didn't seem a dangerous area but they were looking very tense like a serious fight was on the agenda. It was quite intimidating and really was a transition from the peaceful atmosphere generally radiating in the hotel. Really need to train staff to soften up but be alert simulatenously! Also I wish the shower had a door, the open plan stuff wasn't ideal for me.

The location is fine, outside of the very touristic crowd, but bus stop is just in front of the hotel, bringing us to the metro or old town. The room is good size and comfortable, in line with the price. The little shops around the hotel are nice. Hotel staff is very friendly, checking ind and checking out goes very smoothly. Mahmoud at the reception speaks even German and he did his best to help us with finding our way around.

Small boutique hotel in the heart of Jumeirah. Walking distance to the beach and local supermarket. Adequate selection for breakfast with freshly made eggs to order. Very friendly restaurant staff. Upgraded to a suite which was excellent size. Very comfortable bed.

Fixtures and fittings a little cheap but this is a boutique hotel not a 5 star resort. Price reflects the quality.

The hotel is lovely and clean and the rooms were brilliant for us. Our cleaner Saurabh kept our room nice and clean and was very accommodating and kind. He checked every morning if we needed towels and water and made sure our room was always spotless - thank you so much Saurabh!! The breakfast every morning was delicious made by Dulita and Tarun and Alax were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much of an ask for them and they went above and beyond every morning for us. Thank you so much Tarun, Alax and Dulita for welcoming us every morning and starting our day off so wonderfully. Definitely book to stay here. It’s affordable, clean and the staff are brilliant. We would definitely stay here again. It has been wonderful.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I especially need to give a shout out to the staff who do the breakfast shift, giving us recommendations of new meals to try! The service is brilliant, always checking in on you and seeing if they can help with anything. We have had the pool to ourselves both pool days we had whilst at this hotel. There was an odd person here and there, but was very quiet which we enjoyed. The rooms were very clean and tidy, so Thankyou so much to the cleaners.

you have to get a taxi anywhere. However this is the case for most places in Dubai. Also one of the days on our stay we experienced maintenance work. This started at 8am in the morning. We were having a pool day so we did notice this as it was quite loud.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly, greeting guests with a smile. Our interactions were mainly with Hitesh at reception and Arti at the Coffee Shop, and both were excellent. Having said that, everyone else was just as impressive, so a big thanks to all. Breakfast was excellent, with their multi-cuisine offerings ensuring that there was enough choice first all tastes.

The only downside for us was the lack of vegetarian food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner. This may not be an issue for most people, but we found it strange that given their excellent vegetarian options for breakfast, they couldn’t accommodate us for the rest of the day.

I recently stayed at the Lemon Tree Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional housekeeping service. The team, led by Saurabh, truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout my stay. Saurabh’s leadership and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the housekeeping services. The rooms were impeccably clean, with every corner spotless and well-organized. His team was not only efficient but also incredibly courteous, always greeting guests with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any requests. What stood out most was their proactive approach — from promptly replenishing essentials to accommodating specific preferences without hesitation. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and well-coordinated team, and it made my stay feel all the more welcoming. Kudos to Saurabh and his team for maintaining such high standards. I would highly recommend Lemon Tree Hotel, not just for its facilities, but for the outstanding housekeeping service that truly makes it stand out.
