Beautiful and unique hotel - very modern, beautiful rooms and bathrooms.

Only complaint, not enough staff at desk. For that much money I shouldn’t have two wait 15 mins to check out because they only had one person on the desk. Didn’t have great taxi access either.

The staff is great! the restaurant, spa and the salon are very good! I just can this place is so beautiful! I want to thanks to reception team Mr. Ismail, Marian, Sharif and Naveed! they are great! And also Ibrahim is very helpful.

Nice gym area. Vibrant restaurant and bar on location. Easy taxi pick ups. Very good concierge support. Nice massage but sauna room isn’t on the same floor. It was a convenient and pleasant stay.

Breakfast buffet could be a bit enhanced. Although it’s still a very progressive and futuristic design, the hotel is getting a bit old in terms of furniture and materials. I wasn’t very happy with shampoo/conditioner/body cream’s big refillable bottles on the wall. Outdoor swimming pool area and the pool itself could be a bit cleaner. Sauna though turned on, the temperature wasn’t ready to be used and needed a good 20’ to reach the necessary level, so I didn’t have the time to wait for it.

We were greeted with smiles and very friendly staff, Shariff and Natalie were exceptionally polite and helpful, we were upgraded to a beautiful big room as we had just travelled 14 hours and arrived earlier than check in time, the room we had booked was not ready so they offered us an upgrade which was much appreciated. The architecture of Me Dubai was intriguing to the eye, loved the curves and feel of the “ME”. We were offered a Spa experience which was too good not to accept and Wow! My wife came back feeling like a new woman she said it was the BEST massage and facial she had ever experienced and that’s saying something coming from my wife! Beautiful Thai girl Teesha had a magic touch! Had all the amenities available for a relaxing stay, Spa, pool, sauna, Restaurants and coffee shop all available in the building It was also close to Dubai Mall, would definitely come back again and again!

Everything on point I have to say! Firstly, the design of the hotel (for those who like architecture and/or design) is beautiful, very Zaha Hadid style which I loved! The breakfast was really good, lots of options and great service. Location wise, really well located as you're few minutes walking from Dubai Mall but also you have plenty of options around the area (and inside the hotel as well). Special thanks to the following employees who made our stay more than perfect: Jojo and Hanna from the breakfast resto and Claudia and Marian from reception.

The only thing I would "complain" is that the bar/restaurant next to the pool was always close, we tried several times to go and was always close or with issues.

The architecture is simply beautiful. Every staff member is warm and welcoming and the room was super clean and had great selection of minibar. They also gave us a generous check out time which was much appreciated.

I really disliked the pillows, they were extremely soft and gave me neck pain the next morning. The pool area lacked atmosphere, although, the staff did say the bar next to the pool would be opening in a few days after our stay so hopefully that improves the area.

everything is very streamlined and one can feel the attention to detail…the breakfast is very well curated. they have a few amazing restaurants and bars on the ground floor which are open late, so one can just drop down for a good time/meal

the only issue is the bathroom hand shower, too hard to push and very high pressure which splashes everywhere

1) Location is perfect and easy to reach 2) Facilities of the hotel (Gym - Pool - Restaurants). 3) Very quiet and calm rooms and the rooms isolation was great.

1) DND button doesn’t work for both of rooms booked. 2) Sometimes sensors in the smart system turned the light on by mistake. 3) I hoped the hotel contact me (via email or text) one night before arriving to avoid the booking being cancelled because of the delay of my flight. However, I appreciate the exceptional service from Mr. Sharif for his cooperation to manage my booking when I arrived.

It's a beautiful hotel and the design of star architect Zaha Hadit is simply stunning. The rooms are spacious and well organized. For my gusto a bit too much "connectivity"... very friendly staff. Special thanks to Alona and her colleagues.

The big downside (and that's the reason why I might not return to this hotel): there is no breakfast buffet! You only have a very poor choice of "a la carte" options. For me choosing what I want to eat myself is crucial and a "must have" in a hotel. The argument "....because of covid" is not valid. I stayed at 6 different hotels in Dubai since the beginning of the pandemic and ALL of them had a buffet... this has to be improved.
