I really love all the palm trees and other plants they have all around the resort. You are in the middle of the desert but you wouldn’t think so at this resort because of the greenery. They have a beautiful traditional Arabic style design for the whole resort. This property was first opened in 1999 but the property is very well maintained so it still is enjoyable experience. The level of service from all the staff working in the hotel was very good. They were willing to make things off the menu for me which I had requested them on two different occasions.

I did not like the gym atmosphere. Felt pretty depressing because it was dark and the layout is not designed very well. Normally when I’m in the treadmill I want to look out the window at some plants like some other resorts around Dubai. Here I was staring at myself in the mirror and cramped next to some door. I also did not like the olives restaurant. Sky high prices and horrible tasting food. I wish I would have ordered food delivery for way less the price and much tastier food.

Service and staff wer ewxceptional, as were th facilities and beach, room and overall ambience. A home Away from home!

the only one thing and I’m hunting for something to say here would be the poolside cabanas we’re for guests with suites only however 4-5 out of our 8 days there the vast majority for all day if not 90% of the day weren’t used, think about allowing other guests to use them

The stary was a truly magical 5-star experience! The staff was warm and attentive, and the accommodations were luxurious with breathtaking views. The spa and restaurant were top-notch, and the location amidst nature provided a serene escape. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel is amazing, starting from the check in where you get a warm welcome from the staff, continuing with a perfect room and amazing food. restaurants have variety of choices for everyone, and the quality is just beyond expectations.. I must mention Mr. Jagga (Manager at the Rotisserie), who deserves a special place in this review because he took care of us everyday by serving us high quality food, making sure that we’re satisfied with the service and everything surrounding us. We were with a little baby and a toddler, and to be honest there was never a ‘no’ answer for any of our needs. This hotel is beyond anything one can ask for!

The pools, staff, restaurants, beach, service, rooms and buildings are impeccable.

An impossible to review glorious trip of a lifetime, a privilege and honor to be able to escape our lives to find this place and its people. Truly an unparalleled delight. If you know One and Only Mirage , they will deliver on every promise of hospitality, service, and making you feel like you have arrived at home. The people are warm, gracious, kind, funny, charming, and delightful. Just the same is all the food, drinks, retail, and overall resort experience. It's a sprawling spot for endless enjoyment and walks, but it's not overrun with "too much to do", so you can really get down to the art of relaxing quite easily. There are activities and sports, excursions and adventures, but there's wonderful cabana service at the beach and pool, and great daytime and nighttime dining options of all sorts, so that even a week's stay won't get tired on options for the evenings. The rooms themselves are spacious,clean and stocked with towels.The staff and management attended to every possible need, and we've never been pampered or as thrilled as we were to have this opportunity. How dare I say we might try to return soon! Yes, although the travel to Dubai from Toronto is quite the trek, I've never had such a perfect vacation such as our time in Dubai and with the One and Only staff and people! Thank you!

Everything, the service, room size, facilities in the resort, private beach, on-site beach club, access to spa, gyms and also one and only palm facilities. They have world class chefs running the restaurants and as a guest you get discounted rates which were a plus. When we came the temperature was high and complimentary water was always readily available at the pool, along with ice coolers, and also the water bottles were generously topped up during housekeeping. The staff truly made us feel special and made sure we were comfortable always. And they all seemed very happy to be there whcih is always a good sign of great management. It was our babymoon and were also celebrating our anniversary and they had a pregnancy pillow in the room ready for me! I could honestly go on forever about all the good things but you’ll have to see for yourself. We definitely do plan to come back next year with our little bub!
