Third time coming back here and so far not dissapointed! The location is a bit distant from beaches, but good If you are focused on business bay area. The quality of the facility is very well but rarely you can hear the noise coming from corridor, but happened to me maybe 1-2 times. The concept of accomodation is different, the rooms are small and the rooms have no balcony, so my room was perfect just for sleeping over and not staying in the room for too long. Very clean and there was nothing I could say bad for hygiene, they take care of it perfectly. For a couple that is outside for the most of the day this room would be perfect as the prices are very affordable. The staff is the best. Love them. I asked them nicely for a quiet room and got upgraded to a higher floor and I was so grateful. The gym is adorable and has everything you need for a small workout, but can be crowded sometimes.

I didn’t like the food in their restaurants, could be better. Shisha is also overpriced a bit.

It was a delightful touch that enhanced our overall experience at the hotel. Throughout our extended stay, the hotel staff, consistently helpful and kind, contributed to our overall satisfaction. The room service, too, exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly enjoyable.

We liked everything about this hotel however, there are better locations to choose from in the city.

We had side view on the Creek and Burj Khalifa. The suit room is spacious and very well equipped. Bedding is comfy. The staff is exceptionally good. The pool and elevators are never busy, which is a nice thing for a fully booked hotel. Breakfasts are 8/10. They have shuttles to Dubai Mall (3 times a day) and Kite Beach (1 time a day).

The only thing that we did not like is that the air conditioner in a Suite room turns on/off for both bedroom and living room. Would be nice to be able to switch it separately.

Very modern hotel with high standarts. I would totally recommend it. Everythings clean as it usually is like everywhere in Dubai. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is great. We didnt want to pay a lot of money as we wouldnt spend much time in the hotel so price/perfomance is top from our point of view. All of our expectations were fullfilled.

I don't know if i can say the location is not the best as I think public transport in Dubai is not up to the standarts i would expect from a modern city. So in my opinion its just an "ok" for location as theres not much around the hotel but still with shuttle service they provide and taxis you are fast everywhere. You need taxis anyway to go around.

Very convenient location, excellent value for money for a business traveller. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great, fresh and varied. Loved the hotel restaurant and shisha as well. Well-equipped, spotless gym. The best part, however, was the staff - I was welcomed to check in early after an overnight flight and morning arrival. Every staff member I met greeted me with a smile on their face. Special mention to Ishraf from the Guest Relations team, who is just the loveliest, kindest person. I will definitely stay again.

I would have loved a room with a balcony, but since I arrived early they gave me what was available - not a problem at all.

We recently had the pleasure of returning to this hotel for the second time for our honeymoon trip, and it was another outstanding experience. The cleanliness and welcoming scent, combined with the professionalism and warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. The food was consistently fantastic, whether we enjoyed breakfast or ordered from the a la carte menu at the Alphorn restaurant for dinner. This hotel continues to provide the best experience, and we already look forward to our next visit! :) Many thanks for everything.

Everything was perfect. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was incredible, super clean and comfortable. The restaurant, bar and pool are very nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dubai!

We had an amazing time at Revier Dubai Hotel! Our room was always 100% clean, the interior was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower and toiletries! Bottle of water replenished daily. Super nice and helpful staff, everyone was polite and professional. Free shuttle bus to Dubai Mall and La Mer Beach. Good WiFi in all areas of the hotel. Wide variety of delicious food at the breakfast and also in the restaurant. The pool area is nice and clean, we really enjoyed seating there at the breakfast or even in the evening with drinks from the bar. Pleasant scent in public areas and good music were a great addition to our amazing stay. Overall, we loved the experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when coming back to Dubai! Strongly recommend!

The hotel ambience is cozy like a Europian hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful starting from the valet team very respecting and helping. The front desk stuff are efficient and friendly I would like to thank Mr. Kola and Mr. Saed they were of a great help. Bibek as well very assisting from the security team Mr. Abdulsamad, The lovely Mrs. Carol Vaz senior sale manager is the superwomen I will never forget her warm welcome everyday at the breakfast and her support all the time and friendly gesture. The cleaning lady Tess was very helpful also, quick housekeeping service. Bed and pillow comfortable, quietness no noise so you can sleep deeply! Curtains are blackout for a good sleep in the morning. I like the complimentary tea bags specially the chamomile. The security level in the hotel is excellent. The coffee at the lobby is great! Definitely will come back again. Close to Dubai Mall and downtown area about 8 min by Taxi if not peak time.

No business center where i can go and sit privately and print any needed paper. However there are computers at the entrance area. The breakfast could be better with more choices to offer. Any order from the restaurant or any service should be paid immediately cash or card. It would be easier to charge on the room and the payment will be done during checkup specially that they easily can withhold any amount from the credit card when check-in. Cleaning could be better.

loved the hotel design and the atmosphere. The location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown, it’s less than 10 min away from Dubai Mall. the coffee area is nice and relaxing. we enjoyed discovering the little cute design elements.

I recommend having the iron/ iron board in the room , as it took a while for them to bring it. otherwise everything was nice for the one night stay we had there.
