Our experience was fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The kids club was a standout – the staff there were amazing, keeping the children engaged with a variety of fun activities. Our kids absolutely loved every moment spent there. The food was another major highlight, with live cooking stations, a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes, and even a dedicated kids buffet. The entertainment throughout the day was excellent, with live music and activities that kept everyone entertained. Lastly, the all-inclusive aspect made our stay so easy and stress-free for everyone. You definitely get your money's worth with everything included!

We had an overall pleasant stay, though we noticed a few areas where improvements could be made. The rooms could benefit from some maintenance, particularly addressing the smell coming from the bathroom and refreshing the carpets. However, since we spent very little time in the room, it didn’t impact our experience too much.

The amazing friendly restaurant staff especially Ming. Very good selection of food and drinks. Very nice kids club staff. We had a problem with our initial room however it was resolved and we were very happy with our stay after this. We would definitely stay again in the future.

All your staff are amazing apart from the reception check in staff. They need some training from all your amazing waiters at the restaurants. The reception staff are extremely stressed and don’t even want to smile, we found them very cold. Also the kids club area and baby pool desperately needs to be refurbished, at times it had a bad old smell. So many amazing kids club activities though. For the size of the hotel I believe the swimming pools should be much bigger. However the private beach is extremely clean and nice. Also all the men bringing the luggage are so friendly and welcoming.

I had a great stay this time in Rixos Bab El Bahr. The service was really good and professional from all staff. The entertainment around the hotel is really professional and classy. Lots of activities to do. Enjoyed listening to the violin show, piano, saxophone and to top it all, the retro dance show which was superb and really felt like a professional entertainment show.

The rooms could get an upgrade to feel more modern and new. There is a part in the beach that is for adults only 16+ but this was not enforced as lots of ppl sit there with kids and noone informs them that it's adults only. Either remove the 16+ sign or place a security to ask the guests with kids to go to the other part of the beach

Place was nice and clean, good decent room size. The only thing was that the carpets were extremely in poor condition and having young kids who walked barefoot on the carpets gave us anxiety. Apart from that it was great.

Just the carpets and the kids pool with the slides were right at the end of the resort and it was quiet a bit of a walk for the kids to enjoy. Otherwise great.

The staff throughout the hotel were very polite and attentive. The quality of the food and drink was very good for an all inclusive stay. We went for a drive to a wadi at the foot of the mountains which made a nice change.

Mr rajendra who was assigned at infinity pool area(bar section) was unpleasant.He chooses who to accommodate,looked on nationality.showed partiality and so indifferent.

The facility was amazing, the staff is great and very helping and welcoming. The staff who cleaned our room Sagar & Stella did an amazing job, left a note for us which now a days is not what you get to see in Dubai until and unless you are in a presidential suite. It made us feel special. I would highly recommend this property. another good thing was live entertainment which was amazing and very entertaining.

Food options for vegetarians I felt were little less. Quality of Naan was very low. staff of Asian cuisine restaurant was pretty rude. I was disappointed to see the Italian restaurant was closed.

great facilities and caters for everyone

It wasn’t great value because paid a premium price but couldn’t access the restaurants due to all of them being fully booked. There was a great mix of activities onsite and looked like kids and adults were having fun. my only recommendation is to leverage the water and sea more prominently and consider doing activities in the water at reasonable packages prices that a family can afford and enjoy without breaking the bank. it should fit in well with your all inclusive business model to extend added fun activities and services in collaboration with your Watersport partners

all in one place! you never get bored

check in is 3pm and we reach almost 6 because I leave work late, we miss the lunch due we check in late, but anyway they leave us to stay until 2pm next instead 12 that is the checking due we check in late, we when to have the lunch they don’t allow us because our lunch was the day before when we check in and we missed due we reach late from DUBAI, we try to talk with the manager of the restaurant to see if he allow us, and he say: if you miss or not your lunch yesterday IS NOT MY BUSINESS. I know the rules and we try to talk but wasn’t nice the way that he reply to us, I felt like I’m begging a plate of food.

Foods, entertainment, kids activities, totally I love this hotel

It’s my personal opinion but I think it’s better to renew some furnitures such as carpet and sofa
