Everything was fine. We spend a quality time there. Staffs were very helpful. Specially I can remember the name Aneel. He is a nice guy. Lots of lifts and stairs for the guest. Clean and cool room with lots of space. The attached balcony was a bonus to enjoy the ocean view.

At night the wind probably comes through the balcony glass door. It was very cold in the room.

The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, and the staff, particularly the receptionist Ahmed from Egypt, added a touch of excellence to my stay. Ahmed was not only incredibly pleasant and cheerful but also exceptionally helpful. I've decided to make this my go-to choice for future business trips. During my recent undercover inspection, the entire experience surpassed my expectations, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my stay.

Building is very beautiful like sand castle. It creates special vibe of Arabic culture. Service is good, room is spacious and convenient, food is tasty. Staff is exceptionally kind, smiling and supportive. In the restaurant always helpful Prasad, Anuska. They solved all the issues, met every request and always smiling. Girls on the entrance Aarati, Puspa always kind and nice. And Tarek as administrator did everything for our comfortable stay in the restaurant, always smiling, always helpful and just creating a wonderful mood.

No space to swim, cause it’s not deep, good for children.

Honestly hotel needs renovation, but still ok. Was surprised about food quality. We took breakfast and dinner, the food was good and choice was diverse. Thanks to Ahmed on reception who kindly recommended us to add breakfast and dinner. We didn’t regret. The room was good also, we paid for upgrade for room with balcony and sea view. It’s big enough and cosy. The weather was nice, so we spent a lot of time on the balcony. They cleaned room every day. However, there was smell from AC , so we didn’t use it. The beach and pool are good. There is kids club too from 4 years, small splash place, table tennis and table football. There is small shop with souvenirs and beach staff, and ATM at the hotel. All what you need. Many activities for kids to keep them busy. Friendly staff in restaurant. Was lovely iftar with many options, nice dinner in ballroom on EID. Mostly European guests, elderly couples or families. Very peaceful atmosphere. The price was a bit expensive for this hotel, we paid 3900 for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner, and upgraded room. But we enjoyed, it’s a nice family hotel, our vacation was great. Will come back

No helpers on the beach. No waiters too. I wish there was someone to bring water or drinks. Lifeguard refused to open umbrellas, quite rude and doesn’t know English well. Needed to call reception 4 times to convince them to open umbrellas in 40 degree heat, ridiculous. But this is small issue.

I will respect the regulations if it is implemented equally my son was wearing cotton T-shirt ( his back was burned early in Kuwait)which was not permitted he asked us to take it off and in the same time he permitted other parents and people to keep the cotton shirts on so we fight for our rights and force him to ask the other the same thing . this was in the second day of our stay .

We were upgraded to a very beautiful suite which made our 9 days stay absolutely amazing! Thank you so much, Sheraton! Our bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was pristine and crispy. There was everything we needed. We had a wide variety of choice at breakfast. Everything was very fresh and appealing. The Sheraton building has been beautifully designed with ground floor having many little areas for reading with a nice cup of coffee and delicious dates.

It was impossible to find anything wrong. We liked absolutely everything.

there was a child in the next room that kept crying all night and literally we can hear all the noise that was going so I would say the sound system of the rooms aren’t excellent I couldn’t sleep all night

It was an amazing experience and memorable stay. The staff were wonderful. Monika was very accommodating at the reception, we even got a room upgrade and even granted for a late check out, as my husband and I celebrating our Anniversary. We appreciate all the efforts in all departments in the hotel; housekeeping for the romantic set up of the room, room service gave us Anniversary cake. The restaurant staffs were very attentive, had a romantic dinner at Arjwan; delicious food and cooked to perfection. Spa treatment was good and relaxing ambience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ☺️ Thank you

This hotel is outstanding and top level. One of the greatest in the country. All the facilities, comfort and luxury are there. Huge room, toilet and bathroom. The bed, the mattress, the cleanliness, the amazing infinity pool, the beach... Everything here is great and costumer-oriented. I totally recommend it.

Ground bistro was closing at 11.30 PM, although in the hotel e-mail about the services, was mentioned that the closing time would be 12 AM. When I got there to get something to eat after a full working day, I almost got denied a pre-packed salad. I was granted to take it with me, but I could not take a seat in that area and eat there. I think this was unecessary. But it's fine, I guess it's not the employee's fault. The beach sand next to the water. Has a oily-dark-finish look. Maybe because of the petroleum from the boats... but the water looks clean and transparent. In overall it's good.

i would like to thank all sheraton sharjah team for the best service that they have given to me and to my mother during our vacation . specifically the lady ( marocain nationality ) who is sitting in the reception she was very nice , kind and with smiling face i want to thank her for the all extra services that she had offered to us , all the best for her inshallah and all the happiness in the future my dear ❤️ . one more thanks for ahmed shaaban the person who was serving as the snacks on 9th floor by evening with kindness all the best ahmed you are so professional. im so satisfied and so happy keep it up 👍🏻
