Room was nice, so was the hotel in general. Loved the pool, it was really warm. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Although the drink orders were very slow.

On our arrival at 14.50 we were told that our room wasn’t ready, so we had a drink and waited. At 15.25 the couple beside us went to see if their room was ready, which prompted me to do the same. We had been forgot about. I also didn’t like the fact that our bedroom faced onto the Garden and Spa area. As beautiful as it was, I felt really uncomfortable looking down on people in hot tubs, and I’m sure they felt the same way. This meant we had to keep our curtains closed the whole stay. I like some daylight in any room I stay in.

The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel ambiance of having a drink beside the fire beside the bar. Rooms very spacious and clean. we absolutely loved the breakfast the scrambled eggs were beautiful ❤️ The bed was also super comfy

Fire alarm went off at 1am and strong smell of weed. I peaked out the door when the alarm was going off turned out some selfish idiot opened the fire door causing the alarm to go off (not hotels fault tho) thanks for everything we will be back :)

Absolutely loved our stay at Dunadry hotel & gardens! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff surprised us with a little anniversary treat in our room, which made our trip even more memorable – such a thoughtful touch! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a lovely view of the garden area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool, where we spent a lot of relaxing hours. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Would of been nice to have slippers and bathrobe when you go to the swimming pool. Jacuzzi was'nt working as the on off switch was broken . Changing rooms and locker facilities need updating as they looked very tired and worn out and no heating . Kay thai massage needs More signage to locate the room, as we got lost looking for it . However kay did a fantastic job when we did find her ...

Regular Hotel guests and Wedding guest areas not separate. I was having a quiet late lunch in the lounge bar area when a large wedding party descended in there , I didn’t think it was fair on myself or the wedding party , I was in the middle of them, having my pot of tea and sandwich , it seemed very, very strange ! Pool , leisure facilities a bit dated .

The only thing that really annoyed us was the bad smelling drain in en-suite, which I rekon was lack of use in that particular bedroom 234 . It was really strong smell; perhaps that could be looked into as bedrooms are so comfortable . The other thing was the lack of knowledge the reception had on local transport to and from Belfast and surrounding area

Everything. From entering through the doors, we were met by wonderful, helpful, attentive staff. Our every need was catered for. From the reception staff, dining staff and everyone else we forgot to mention, such a warm welcome shown to us. My sister and I will be returning simply, to relax and unwind. Our room was just amazing and a great size and immaculately spotless. We enjoyed our swim and jacuzzi, we were so chilled. Beautiful place and the peacocks, were just beautiful. Thankyou

We couldn't find a fault

The staff and food were amazing. The steam room, gym and sauna was top notch.

The changing rooms were a little dirty and had people's swimming shorts hanging in there to dry. The shower head holder was also broken We asked for a clean kettle which never arrived as well as a room service menu, that's why we went to the bar to eat instead. While we were there the fire alarm kept going off and the food came late, if it wasn't for the friendly and informative staff we would've just went out elsewhere. Glad we didn't as the food was amazing.

Room was beautiful and opened up onto the lovely spa facilities. Staff could not have been friendlier, but the highlight was the food. We both sampled the seasonal menu and were blown away by the flavours and the generous portion sizes. The staff were all attentive and made sure we were happy.

Not so much a criticism, but as it was new years eve, a little entertainment in the public bar might be a suggestion for next year.

Lovely friendly staff, food and cocktails were delicious Beautiful spa and gym facilities too, which guests can use for free. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean.

The Wi-Fi signal is rubbish. Our tv kept crashing because of this. We couldn’t access Netflix or any other sites to enable us to watch a good movie. I was very disappointed about this as I had phoned prior to making the booking to ensure that we could use the tv in this way, I was assured that it worked properly. The staff did try to help but told us that this is a common complaint from guests
