The location was perfect, as we were visiting our new granddaughter in Basingstoke hospital, the breakfast was very good and reasonably priced at £10 each, car parking was free,the room 117 was clean and tea / coffee making was great, bed was comfortable but pillows were not so good to hard, reception apologised, they had changed there suppliers but the pillow cases they used were to small for the new pillows, they were in the process of getting them changed, we had an evening meal there to and it was very good and reasonably priced,all together a great stay.

The pillows were to hard.

Plenty of parking, The hotel although off of a roundabout feels very peaceful, the trees offer privacy and wildlife (we saw a few rabbits hopping around outside out window) check in was quick, our rooms were a good size comfy bed, my son slept on a pull out sofa bed which he said was comfortable, the facilities here are marvellous, pool sauna, steam room gym, bar separate to the restaurant, we didn’t get to try the food as we were there for a wedding nearby, we all said we’d love to stay there again, staff were very helpful and friendly

Being together for the family party celebration ..Very close to the venue Oakridge west community hall.Few of the family stayed at the appollo Saturday so it was great Our brother lived in Bahamas so this brought us together near where we were together Oakridge road as a family . Memories that will be cherished . Thankyou .

Breakfast was great, evening meal was a bit "good in parts". Staff were exceptionally good (we asked to move rooms and were pleasantly served in the bar/restaurant and at breakfast).

Too much salt on the garlic bread (garlic salt?). Noisy neighbours (but we were promptly moved on request). Young man using phone in the pool (despite the prominent notices) - though don't think that he was recording images.

Hotel was clean,tidy on arrival, staff were very friendly Katie I believe her name was, was lovely and chatty couldn't of been more helpful, breakfast choice was very good our family enjoyed it, swimming pool was very nice, we stayed for 3 nights and would stay again if we ever go to that area

Christmas works do, food was spot on , so much better then other hotel venues we partied at , disco was pretty good and a lot of fun had , would definitely use this hotel again

Few little maintenance issues, wish I’d have taken my tool bag , would love the job

Very friendly helpful staff. Bed very comfortable. Clean room. Enjoyed the the bar food and buffet breakfast. Nice pool, spa, gym facilities.

The food service at the bar was very slow and clearly short staffed but we expected the wait time when we ordered.

Signs could be clearer to find the hotel, as it’s so close to the roundabout it’s easy to miss the exit. This is partly my sat nav’s fault as it said I had reached the destination while I was still on the roundabout but did cause a little trouble.

The breakfast was great with plenty of options, the swimming pool was clean and quiet and perfect for a relaxing swim, the room was a good size (we had the studio with 2 pull out beds and king size) which was great for us.

No comments for improvement.

Room was a good size, Bed was comfortable, Spa facilities were excellent, Hotel was clean, Good choices for breakfast. Good Value for money.

Swimming pool was very busy around 5.30pm and pillows were a little hard but no real complaints
