I like the rooms as there was very clean and the beds was so comfy sleeped like a baby, there have a left as well which was very good for my mum who can't walk far and the breakfast was spot on, we really got on with Denise and John and her family kerry n alan a beautiful family business, I'm going to be booking again for my birthday in September, I won't go anywhere else but the queens plaza 100% recommended

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom it was quite small for me as I'm a big women with a big bum (lol) but I did tell Denise and she kindly opened a empty room up for me with a bigger bathroom, thank u for that as it really helped me, she went out of the way to do anything we needed for a lovely stay,

Great family run hotel, very accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure you have a good stay. Great family rooms, tea trays with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottles of water, biscuits. Soap and hair and shower gel provided in the bathrooms. Our son loved the bunk bed. Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold choices including Scottish options. Something for everyone. Bar area with pool table and games and a well stocked bar. Keys to come and go at anytime. Had a great stay and will definitely be back. A little ride on the tram into Blackpool but easy to get to.

This hotel offered exceptional value for money. It was impeccably clean, from the lounge area to the bathrooms and the bedroom. During the winter months, it provided a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Located slightly away from the hustle and bustle, it was just a few stops from the main attractions, ensuring easy accessibility. The breakfast was excellent and accommodated a variety of preferences. The owners were exceedingly polite, friendly, and helpful. I am very grateful for my experience and would highly recommend this establishment; I will undoubtedly return. Maxine.

We booked this hotel after the hotel Jeanee cancelled on us at the last minute. This is a lovely hotel with great staff and even has a bar/seating area to unwind after an exhausting day. It's 2 miles from the central pier but only cost £6 each way using UBER. They fo have parking available. However, we used the side road just after the hotel, so we were free to leave when we wanted to.

We were woken at 3 am due broken window. It looked as though the mechanism had snapped and wouldn't close fully, so the wind from the sea front was horrendous. We did mention this upon leaving, and the lovely lady on reception assured us that it would be sorted. Room 32 sea view room.

Inviting, clean . Parking , full Englaish breakfast to die.for . Stayed in top hotels, this breakfast beat them all from fresh eggs . Sauages so tasty bacon beans .hash browns . Coffee machine and pure oranges. The family bar staff made you feel welcome to the top guy. And to top it, Denise the owner, one of the true nicest people we have ever met. Nothing not to like

The room as nicely decorated. The entrance was clean and tidy. The breakfast was outstanding. So much choice. And the bar was equipped with every alcoholic drink I could think of! Excellent

The only downside was the lift. One was out of order. We was on the 3rd floor so using the stairs with bags was hard work. There was also times the second lift was out of order due to the gates not being closed properly. Maybe a sign should be put up in the lift to remind guests to close it properly. If would stayed with partner who is disabled this would have been a major problem.

The staff were amazing very helpful at all times even though I was dipsy I couldn’t find a hairdryer that was in my room all the time. Bed was comfortable and bed linen spotless. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world and I have to say it was the hottest best cooked breakfast I have ever had and plenty on the plate. My 9year old niece was fascinated with the 1930’s style lift with gate and consitena style door.

Decor was a bit tired. Parking was not practical although it was great to have it but you were blocked in if someone parked in front of you. And even though there was a lovely big shower head the shower pressure was poor but I guess because it was an old building it couldn’t be helped.

The staff where welcoming, the room had everything you need for a short stay, it was spacious, very clean,plenty of plugs, kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and board, tv ect. Beds were comfy and clean. The dining room was very clean and buffet breakfast was fab, cereal, full english, toast pancakes, yoghurts, fruit, juice, hot drinks. Staff were observent, friendly and helpful. Its a little outside the town centre but it was right in between two tram stops, with a minute walk so wasn't really an issue. Would definetely stay here again.

Bar in the hotel, good breakfast and my room had a clearly recently renovated bathroom that was very clean and airy. Good sized shower, bed and lots of storage in the room. Staff were friendly, helpful and easily available! Received fresh water bottles in my room daily too.

I ended up on a different hallway trying to find my room and that hallway was a bit ominous, looking a bit dated and rundown. Mine was less dated but nice though had a slightly weird smell (musty) in the hallway, could have been from the room next door though

Lovely couple running the B&B, really warm welcome when arrived. Parked right in front of the property. Room was big, bright, clean & fabulous view. Breakfast room plenty of seating, lovely quirky signs & the best set up with tea, coffee, juices, any sort of specialist teas. The breakfast choice was exceptional so many things to have. Will stay again without hesitation. Was 5 minutes walk away from a great micro pub and a fantastic Sardinian/Italian restaurant. Had a great walk along the seafront with fantastic views along the bay. Tram stop right across the road Bispham which is minutes into Blackpool.
