Amazing from booking to saying our emotional goodbyes .We have been going to blackpool as a family for around 10yrs staying at many b&bs we arrived sunday and left today and i genuinely can say we have found our forever blackpool hotel! Bernie & Andy couldn't have made us feel any more welcomed, the guests that were already there you can see why they return year in year out. The full place was spotless and had everything you could imagine. Great bar & snack selection, bar food on offer, room hairdryer & toiletries. topping it off with the best shower i've had in blackpool all these years!!

absolutely nothing to complain about

Loved our stay at rockdene . We were made to feel so welcome from Andy and Bernie.Our family room had everything we needed and was spotless. Breakfast was lovely. My granddaughter didn't want to come home. Will definitely be back in the near future. Andy and Bernie keep doing what your doing . I wish more hotel owners were like you both .💚

This was my second visit to rockdene and it definitely won't be my last. Bernie and Andy are two of the nicest people ive ever met,from the minute we arrived they made us feel so welcome .I had booked a family room and it was spotless The hotel is situated central to pleasure beach and the tower. Breakfast was delicious. All in all there is nothing bad I can say about Rockdene. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Bernie and Andy are just natural hosts. See you again soon

There is nothing I didn't like

Homely friendly hotel. The standard of the hotel rooms were excellent and very clean. Brilliant for family breaks or couples. Andy and Bernie were so friendly, accommodating and helped keep the kids entertained. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to your liking, with various options available and nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself is very central and walking distance of all the local attractions and shopping.

Can not fault a thing.

Everything. The rooms were very nice and clean( like rest of hotel). Breakfast and snacks were good. We were made to feel very welcome Bernie and Andy couldn’t do enough for us. Even went as far as to decorate a wee bit of the dining area as a surprise for my granddaughters 8th birthday when she came down for breakfast. Ps Bernie is a good tour guide for Blackpool with a lot of good advice.

Nothing

The breakfast was tasty hot and ample. Requests for more of everything was met with no qualms at all. the family room for 3 was adequate and hot drink sachets biscuits, toiletries, little packet with assorted sweets was a lovely touch too. The hosts were very informative about the new attractions being opened soon in Blackpool and they were very friendly. We had supper on 2 consecutive evenings and it was value for money. . Nothing was to much trouble for them. Lovely and clean and the decor was beautiful

The bathroom was quite cold but very clean

Andy and Bernie are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and even giving my wife a nice birthday card and a gift whilst we were there. Very comfortable bedroom and a lovely breakfast. Great to have a few drinks in the bar too.

Everything.it was our first time of staying here but Andy & Bernie made us feel like part of the family nothing was to much trouble rooms were so clean,,comfortable ,warm & so quiet xx Breakfast & other meals were outstanding xx Our Daughtee turned 11 on our last day we came down to Breakfast to it all decorated with banners & balloons along with card & present made her day such a amazing couple kind thoughtful & caring xx can't wait to stay again ❤

the location is perfect, right in the middle of Blackpool. has a great homely/relaxing feel to it. breakfast was consistent the 3 days, everything cooked to perfection and tasty. Andy & Bernie were amazing hosts
