The bed was comfy, and the staff was welcoming a great location to the beach.

Could do with updating, but new people have taken it over, and I'm sure they will do their very best to get this hotel more dated. Good luck to the new owners, and we hope to see you next year,

Lovely clean hotel, staff are friendly, rooms are big enough, with space to put your clothes etc.. the bed was so comfy, close to the main town centre this hotel is situated right behind coral island, mc donalds is on the corner. We thought check out was 10.30am but it was 10am so we had a knock at the door at 10.20am to notify us we needed to leave due to the room being cleaned ready for the next guests, but it's a fab hotel will stay again.

Nothing hotel was lovely can not say a bad word about it.

Great location, new owner was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. It was comfortable and not that expensive. Paid budget prices so didn’t expect the Ritz. 13 of us stayed the weekend, no issues or complaints from any of the group other than minor shower problem, was reported and quickly fixed. All of our group(all ladies/teachers, and me)were happy enough staying here. Good luck with your new business, and thanks from all the teachers and myself.

Nothing, but seemed a bit run down by previous owners. The new owner only took over 6 weeks ago so unfair to judge this on current owner. Some freshening up decor might help moving forward. Good luck for future!

Central ! great hosts and service staff ! very clean very comfortable

on one occasion the buffet was limited , but not a fault of the hotel , but greedy guests loading their plates and not eating it !

the people who were in charge of the hotel could not do enough for me they would take my bags up to my room also had i got plenty of milk, sugar and tea

i was on the second floor for 2 nights ,but they charged it to the first floor ,has i have a knee done and i found it hard to go up to the 2nd floor

Was a very smooth check in two young lads helped us carry our cases upstairs for 38 pound a night was good just what we needed hotel was clean and basic and ideal for a night in blackpool, bed was comfortable and shower was good would definitely recommend for a night or two away location was good

Not the quietest of streets early hours in morning but this is a seaside resort so seagulls are a bit loud

Location is very close to town centre, less than 5 minute walk from Tower but far enough not to be disturbed from the noise. Staff are more than helpful. I contacted before booking to request a late check in, which they kindly accommodated. I was then contacted after my stay and again found the customer service to be excellent. We travel every six months to Blackpool for business, this was the first time using this hotel but hoping to return in November and most likely to use here in future.

We weren’t able to stay within the property as there was an issue with electrics, however they did find us accommodation nearby and notified us of this before our arrival. I dont think they could have done anything else to resolve this issue and to be honest done more than most would to make sure we werent left with nothing. Also made contact afterwards to see how the alternative accommodation was. So although a negative that we didnt get to stay, the customer service in this regard was excellent.

the reception fella when we first when in was really good and emma the night porter for our final night was really fantastic, can’t wait to see what the new owners do with the place

nothing really the rooms where clean with crisp white sheets and crisp white towels, sorry the little downfall was the bar wasn’t open but we understand the reasons

Fantastic location around the corner from town centre, hotel is a working progress,as it's only been taken over in the last few weeks, and needs refurbishment through out , staff/ owner extremely helpful and polite,helping me up and down outside steps with my mum's wheelchair and finding me a phone charger plug, they work long hours but always have a smile . Look forward to seeing the finished hotel and look forward to coming back soon
