Everything. Lovely owners who even moved their own car so I could park outside. Fabulous breakfast, super clean, plenty of tea & coffee. Quiet, extremely close 1min walk to the front & we could see the sea & lights from our room. About 10mins walk to the tower. Ideal location & out of the main noise. Freshly decorated, lovely & warm & super comfy bed. I would definitely recommend & will stay here again as I am very fussy & couldn't fault it at all. Thanks Paul & Evette

Nothing I didnt like but did notice the bar wasn't open, that or very quiet & only knew they had a pool table as we left. 😔

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Wellington Hotel while attending courses at a nearby academy, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We were enveloped in warmth and comfort that felt more like staying at our grandparents’ home than a hotel. Each morning, we were greeted with a delightful breakfast that was not only delicious but also gave us the energy to power through our day. What truly set Wellington Hotel apart, however, were the people. Yvette and Paul, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their kindness, warmth, and attentive care made us feel like family rather than guests. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality that touches your heart. We cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a comfortable, homely place to stay. Whether you’re in town for business or pleasure, this hotel is sure to make your visit memorable. Paul and Yvette were brilliant and from start to finish could not do enough for you. They were fantastic hosts. Hotel was spotlessly clean. It was in a great location Breakfast was perfect. Bar area was great. I have been going to Blackpool for years and this hotel is exactly what you hope for but never get. I will always stay here going forward if there are vacancies . 10 out of 10. Thank you for a great stay.

There was nothing negative everything was great.

It’s my fourth time at the Wellington in the last 12 years and the breakfast back then exceeded my expectations and visiting again this year match those expectations Paul and Yvette are extremely great hosts and very personable and remembered me from all my visits through all the years we’ve been there will definitely recommend it and definitely be coming again

Everything was perfect

Owners were helpful bedding and towels were clean bedroom was spacious had a Seaview paul helped us up to our room with our luggage and parked my car for the few days we were there outside the hotel breakfast was nice every morning will definitely be coming back

Having to give order of breakfast day before but I'm sure I could've changed my mind if wanted to on the day which I did one morning changed from poached eggs to scrambled no hassle at all has a drink in the bar on first night talked to Paul and other guests felt very comfortable

What was there not to like, the place is amazing and everyone was so friendly. I had my 3 year old with me and they where so so good with him and even helped me out and washed some clothes for me when he had an accident with a sandy puddle. Breakfast was fantastic. We won't be going anywhere else now when we next visit Blackpool.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Only and this is just a tiny thing there was no WiFi and when you travel with a teenager it was a big thing but didn't bother me at all.

Breakfast was always really nice and there was always the option to vary what you had for breakfast each morning. Service was prompt and courteous. Nothing was ever a problem and you went away very satisfied.

I would like if there was someone in attendance in the bar more often. It's nice to be able to come back after a long day out and just relax in your own hotel rather than going elsewhere. However I hasten to add that service was always available if requested.

Personal choice for us but if there is a bigger bed we would go for that, but as I mentioned it is a personal choice.

Paul and Yvete were brilliant hosts. Room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Poached eggs for breakfast joe had a fry up. Hotel was in a great location. We had a great break.

Leaving and coming home

Such a good convenient location with clean, well looked after, lovely rooms and the owners are such nice people. Breakfast was amazing, the whole atmosphere and vibe in the Wellington is just positive and spot on. Had a phone call before our stay too which made the trip more much more personal
