My daughter and I stayed in a twin room which was comfortable, cosy and very clean. Ensuite bathroom was spotless, and there was a plentiful supply of tea/coffee/sugar etc. Good location - Embleton is lovely and it's well worth the walk down to the beach with stunning views out towards Dunstanburgh Castle. Good local amenities with a good choice of places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

When I booked I paid for Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was not available due to the restaurant downstairs which is attached to the public house, not being open. I did think the owners of the B&B would come to see us during our stay, but no one came. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and went to the Grey Inn just round the corner for our evening meal which was faultless, and we went to the Golf Club for breakfast which again was faultless. Our grudge is having to pay twice for our breakfasts.

We disliked having to pay out for breakfast, which was included in our booking price.

Family feel B&B run by Chloe, who was fantastic. Rooms were spotless, and room amenities were great . Fast WiFi and very comfy beds and pillows! In a small village, with a farm shop, pub and golf course... just 10 min walk to the beach which was stunning! Breakfast was a full range of continental choices with hot toast, boiled eggs,tea, coffee, juice, cereals, deli meats, fresh pastries, fruit, and yoghurt. We received great communication from Chloe before our 2 night stay for a wedding a few miles away, and Chloe gave us the contacts for a local taxi to book. Fab little B&B at a good price, I would recommend!

The property was in a perfect location with lots of parking available. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The host was so helpful! We were staying here as we had a wedding to go to in the area, I’d asked if we could drop our things off before going to the wedding and check in later that evening but our room was ready early so they let us take our things to the room. They were very helpful throughout our stay.

The Blue Bell is a cute traditional looking Inn close to the lovely coastline of Northumberland. It is well worth the 15-20 min walk to the beach along a footpath and through the golf course. The is a small but lively pub virtually next door. We didn't eat there though as we were too late. We left early and the host kindly brought us a breakfast tray. The room was tight but okay for an overnight stay. We found a park right outside the hotel quite easily. It is a quiet area so not much parking competition.

A bit overpriced compared to similar properties we have stayed at but we booked last minute.

The room was a perfect size, beautifully clean and had all the amenities I like! Even access to an ironing board and iron outside! Did not use, but liked the option! Thanks, Emily

My only observation is that I could not open my bedroom window because of the bins, smelling if fish, right below my room .. number 2. The bugs are clean and have kids, but it put me off having the windows open. Bathroom window was fine! Emily

The room was comfortable and clean, with generous tea and coffee facilities. No-one was in attendance but clear instructions re keys were sent to my phone on the day. The place was quiet and restful (the bar downstairs was closed).

As this is a room-only booking I brought my own breakfast. Embleton is a small, quiet village without much opportunity to buy refreshments first thing in the morning.

Value for money, clean good location

No breakfast available, no secure parking for bikes, scratched leg on side of bed screw. Restaurant attached to accommodation very poor as nothing g available on the menu…. Everything we asked for was off the menu so we left our drinks and went elsewhere

I loved the room really clean and comfortable, loved the little pub downstairs which did great food.

I didn't really like the fact I paid £90 and there wasn't any breakfast. It clearly stated on my confirmation that breakfast was included, not a cooked one which im not bothered with but but continental which would of been great.

The location was excellent, we have been coming to Northumberland and particularly Embleton for 40 years now. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfast varied, something for everyone, with lovely personal service for the drinks and toast at our table. Have already recommended to family and will continue to do so.
