Room was lovely and the food was also great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and no complaints.

The hotel didnt have a bar for sitting in if you just wanted to relax with a few drinks, the main bar was being used for dining which required a reservation, there where 3 or 4 stools at the bar that could possibly be used if you just wanted a drink but my wife has mobility issues so this obviously wasnt an option. Didnt spoil our stay in any way but would have been nice to be able to sit and have a relaxing drink or two without having to walk into town.

Lovely modern clean hotel. Room was a nice size, plug sockets beside the bed and iron and ironing board available. Food was ok. I chose a King Prawn and Chorizo pasta. Prawns were lovely but even with the Chlorizo it was very bland., Maybe add some cherry tomatoes and a bit of flavor!

Baths definitely need hand and / or grab rails. Found it very difficult to get out without slipping! Sound proofing from corridor not good. Could hear every person walking past my room late at night and also light was coming in all around the door frame!

The staff are so nice and always welcoming, they’re all an asset to the hotel and went above and beyond to see that we had a great stay. A few to name that were exceptional in making our stay a joy were Ashling, Rosie and Emma. Also the beds are so comfortable and the food was excellent and it’s within walking distance to the town. This is our second time staying here and we would definitely recommend it.

The only fault we had was the pillows, they were quite flat and had no bounce or softness to sink into, but that was us maybe for others they’d be fine. We usually just bring our own but forgot this time.

The venue exceeded all expectations. Staff went over and above to make our stay perfect. So friendly and accommodating. It is impeccably clean. Food is excellent. Room size was generous. Beds very comfortable. Noise polution very low. Attended for friends'wedding. They made the experience magical. Location is excellent, just few minutes from bus station and shopping centre and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. I will definitely return again.

There is nothing I would change about my stay at the Westville apart from stay even longer next time.

my wife has a particular fancy for pin colada's ! the bar person said they didnt have that ingredients, so between him and the bar manager they agreed to go to the local tescos in that moment and find the ingredients, come back, make the drink and then made more ! you cant buy great customer service !

everything was perfect , great team and great location, you need to stay here if passing by or need a long weekend

The apps on the tv did not work. The internet was done so we couldn’t use Netflix or anything. I am pregnant so would have been nice to chill at night after a long day. But the lady at reception wasn’t very helpful when we rang down. Just said it was working on her own phone and that never been asked that before. Said she would get the VIP code but never came Back to us. Was just a little disappointed at that. But the other lady at reception when we checked out was lovely

Our three-night stay at the Westville was superb, the staff were very friendly but professional and it was obvious that they cared very much about doing the upmost for their guests. At reception and at the bar, staff were keen to give helpful advice on local dining places and taxi firms with one of the receptionists using her own mobile to book us a return cab because she had problems with the hotel line. You will enjoy the food at the Westville, it is simple fayre with a big enough selection cooked to perfection with large portions (beware of getting a starter; you may not finish your main meal lol). The breakfast I have to admit was the best we have ever had anywhere at any time, the choice is amazing and is cooked for you there and then and brought to your table after a short wait. Our room was spacious with a huge bed and large bathroom and very clean. The location couldn’t be better, just far enough from the main street to be quiet but having the town centre within a short walk. We had such a lovely time at the Westville that after our first night we down to reception and booked another three nights a month later.

We were really impressed with this hotel. It was lovely, the room and the bathroom was lovely as it was comfortable, clean and we couldn’t fault it at all. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was a hassle to them. I really recommend this hotel.

We had to say goodbye and go back to porridge but I couldn’t fault it at all.

Feel a bit guilty for raising this as we normally experience dreadfully cold weather. But the weekend we where there it was very warm outside and the hotel was even hotter inside. I don't think the heating in this hotel can be turned off... Our stay was uncomfortably warm.
