Staff and location.

Although the room had everything you needed. The rooms downstairs are small and the walls thin, so you can hear everything that happens in other rooms next door. I had to spend an extra night and paid for a double bed upstairs and this was better. There was a stool in both rooms but did not have backs on them.

The staff are excellent! Karen and Rihanna were taking care of the breakfasts and the room cleaning and prep for guests and provided an excellent breakfast for my wife and I. The night staff were great when we ordered a table for 6 on the Saturday night, despite having a 50th party the same night, they were attentive and made a good night for us. The meals were very good as well. Rooms are always clean and tidy with comfortable beds, with bright white linen.

The five and a half hour drive to get there!

The room was at the rear of the hotel and whilst it was basic and lacked character, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower cubical was quite small with a high step into it, but the shower itself was good. The breakfast was plentiful and very good as was the dinner the previous evening. The location with views of the shore and promenade from the dining area added interest as it was possible to watch cruise ships and other vessels passing. It was a short walk to the town shops and facilities. Parking was not a problem. Other rooms in the hotel overlooked the shore.

The room was quite small, a double not a king size bed and there was no view or aspect at the rear of the hotel.

The Inn was exactly what you would want in a Scottish inn, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had ample towels. The staff were friendly and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The on-site restaurant at Tuckers Inn was very good. The menu offered an excellent selection of dishes that were were prepared. The staff was friendly and professional, providing attentive service that elevated the overall dining experience. Whether you're seeking a cozy retreat or a stop for a good dinner, Tuckers Inn delivers on both fronts with its spacious accommodations and restaurant.

Fantastic view of the Firth from the room, Hotel within easy walking distance of the Village, Good evening meal options Decent Breakfast offer, portions on the Large size so ask for smaller if not big eater. Excellent value for money.

Hotel is old and in need of a refurb, reflected in price, worst area which could be an easy fix is the entrance carpet which would put off any passing trade was really disgusting! other areas fine. Shame because the hotel is in an excellent position.

The staff were so lovely to us, I had turned up early as we traveling from England to Dundee then Dundee to Invergordon and the staff were so accommodating. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very delicious, the staff were so lovely to my baby niece who enjoyed the attention. I would definitely stay again. The beds were so comfy I got the best sleep of my life

Everything was nice ,the staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you ,the food was amazing and the portions were really good, and the the breakfast to ,I didn't know I got two of everything and made the mistake of saying full scottish lol x .

The only thing and its a minor thing, the cabinet the kettle and tray things were on was a bit big for the room , husband kept hitting his knee on that or the bottom of the bed as there was little room between them . But the bed was very very comfy ,and pillows.

Ideal location for us. Free parking, Wi-Fi, good food and drink, reasonably priced. Good breakfast too. Staff very friendly and polite. Clean room with comfortable big bed, large fluffy towels.

The toilet cistern in our room was overflowing. We did report it to a member of staff who did her best to get it fixed, but not within the couple of days we were staying. There was a hole in the carpet.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, good selection on evening menu and breakfast menu.

The neighbour next to Tuckers Inn was verbally aggressive during parking and my elderly mam didn’t want to come out of the car. This is completely nothing at all to do with Tuckers Inn but worth mentioning owing to my mam being so intimidated by such a toxic person.

It is a cozy setting. The dining room and breakfast room were bright and have a spectacular view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was very narrow. It has character but made it easy to bump into the walls. The parking was limited so I had to move into the lot after the dinner crowd left.
