Peace and quiet had a very nice taxi from South fork guest house to the king power stadium and yes I will come again to you on night matches

erm I don't see why you can't do evinin meal for your paying customers.. I got a pot noodle from the costcutter on my way back, and then I thought I hadn't got a fork . But then I thought I had my mums in the car so I used that so .so for a bit of cookie knives/forks/spoons. And breakfast sausages look undercooked a little longer.i think bacon as well add mushrooms tomatoes .or if to much-loved waste in the morning breakfast, do yourself a breakfast form what people want in the mornings and what time

Very accomodating and helpful staff as Dabitha (I hope I got her name right) accomodated our very late check in (23:00) because we have to travel from Birmingham airport from a last flight arrival..despite that their last check in time is 20:30. She made a way to accomodate us..she's very pleasant and considerate. The food was typical breakfast, warm and nice buffet. Easy to find location along the street with good offstreet parking. Comfortable and clean place to stay. Thank you very much🙏🏻

The room was clean and all facilities worked and seemed well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality sheets. The breakfast was fresh and my boys enjoyed it. Car parking was easy access and right next to the property.

The road next to the accommodation is busy but the traffic noise did not stop me from sleeping. Decor throughout is basic but the property felt well cared for. Breakfast was basic but fresh, and included cooked bacon, sausage and scrambled egg, plus fresh fruit.

Staff stayed up late to allow us to check in as we’d travelled quite far, the beds were very comfortable, and the self service buffet breakfast was good, albeit (as you should expect from a small BnB) a little restricted compared to big hotel chains etc. Power sockets for charging gadgets overnight were plentiful, and despite being right next to a main road (which had us worried at first) it wasn’t too loud.

Honestly I can’t really think of anything serious. There was some road noise though it was a long way from being disruptive, but that’s about it.

Hosts very friendly and exceptionally accommodating, respectful of your privacy, yet always available when requested. The guest house was extremely quiet, rooms very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. I have always struggled with sleeping for more than 4-5 hours a night, yet had the best nights sleep I've had in a long time- 8 hours last night! Says it all! Lovely bathrooms (I booked ensuite) very clean, the shower was lovely and hot. There are plenty of car parking spaces on-site. I liked this guest house so much I decided to book an extra couple of nights. Excellent value money, close to the city centre and Fosse Park shopping centre. There is also a small Tesco as part of Esso petrol station only 5 minutes walk away, which stocks everything you may require during your stay. I'd highly recommend South Fork Guest House to anybody interested in saying in Leicester.

There was nothing not to like about this guest house.

I liked the stay there the room I was in was very quiet which helped me to relax & chill, I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning especially the fact that there were herbal teas which I drink a lot to lesson my stress & Anxiety.

The motion sensor light system in the shower 🚿 room I had to keep the shower door open an keep constantly waving my hand in front so the room didn't go pitch black afterall you can't shower 🚿 in the dark.

Good and prominent location , and clean and tidy throughout . Helpful hosts who allowed a late check in due to an accident I was involved in during my journey there .

1. Lack of hangers in the wardrobe 2. Wet floor towel in the bathroom ( was it reused from a previous occupant ? ) 3. Shower drain may be blocked as water didn’t run easily . 4. Breakfast time of 7.10 am to 8.10 am was too restrictive.

Adequate parking. Room and toilet fine. Particularly liked the breakfast. Staff courteous. Heating fine. Didn't try the shower but looked OK.

Only thing not so good is that the location is next to a very busy main road which is noisy to midnight. Maybe over time the owner might consider triple glazing or something to reduce the effect of the noise. I did have ear plugs but didn't use them.

This is an ideally placed Guest House for Leicester. Easily accessed from the M1. A short bus ride to the city centre on the 50 or 51 bus. The host was lovely and friendly. Room facilities contained tea and coffee and a lovely shower in the bathroom.

The property offers a basic stay. Rooms need refurbishing suffering from the dark brown syndrome. The bed was sadly hard for me,leaving me with sore hips. Breakfast was a standard English cooked breakfast cereal, toast and yoghurt.

Check-in was easy, clear instructions from welcoming host. Room was clean, comfortable, with recent decoration and fittings. Wifi was good and reliable. Off-road parking.

Be aware it's on a busy road and expect some road noise if in a front room. Choice at breakfast was limited, and probably weak point for me. Perhaps add museli to cereal selection? Not in favour of pre-packaged pastries either.
