Location was excellent. In walking distance of Hyde Park and 2 minutes away from Marble Arch underground station. Lots of retail stores in walking distance. Felt very safe in the area. Staff were very kind and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was a nice size and had lots of fresh towels, toiletries, cotton wipes and buds. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit London!

No problems at all, only that the toilet seemed like it was blocking at times. We found you had to hold the flush button until everything was gone. Very minor issue so we didn’t even feel the need to bring it to the staffs attention.

The location is outstanding and the price for the location decent.

There’s nothing that surprised me about the property. You should be aware that the hotel rooms are significantly smaller than you might be used to coming from the US or the GCC. However, they were clean well kept and served my purpose well. If you go there and complain about the size of the rooms, you actually haven’t done your homework and that’s on you.

Location was excellent. Very close to everything. My room was a single deluxe. The room was tiny. No room for my laptop setup except on the windowsill. Room was on ground floor and was quiet. But I had to be let into the hallway area by staff key fob every time I came home. Not ideal. Gym is just as small. Room for 1 maybe 2 people. But it was enough for a 30 minute workout.

location is brilliant its within walking distance to a variety of shops bars and restaurants and with in walking distance to the tube station, speakers corner and winter wonderland are also a short walk away. The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. There was maid service every day.

The lifts took a while as there only seemed to be one and there wasnt much of a view from the room however i didnt expect a great view as its London. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food.

The location is central and nearby underground. The staff was very friendly and polite. The room was on the quiet side, and one might say it was small, but everything one would need was provided. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and really delicious as well as the dinner dishes at the restaurant Steak & Lobster in the hotel. All in all, a great experience!

The room was a bit cold and even though I turned on the thermostat it did not get warmer. I didn't bother the reception because of my short stay of 2 nights

Very nice staff and very central close to everything and you can store your luggage at their lobby for free if you need to before or after your stay. I got upgraded to a bigger room than what I was supposed to get which was great because I had a bit more space in my room

The cleaning of the room could have been done better, the hallways were also a bit small and tight but overall a good hotel

location is great. right behind oxford street. just 6 - 8 mins walk to primark, marks & spencer, selfridges, mercato mayfair, hyde park, tube stations and bus stops. breakfast was wonderful. although the choices are not wide, but it has what i need. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I arrived at the hotel on christmas morning and they were very cheerful indeed. wifi connection were great, no intermitten during my 5 nights stay. i'm a single traveler and i felt safe walking back to the hotel at night.

location was excellent - walking distance from shops and a short walk to the bond street train station very modern and clean bathroom with all the amenities lovely to have a kettle in the room to make some tea and coffee

it would have been great to have a small mini fridge in the room to store milk for tea and coffee and maybe some drinks there is very limited space in the room to store clothes - there is no cupboard so not ideal if you have a lot of clothes / luggage

Location was fantastic. Next to oxford street and the underground was just a few minutes away. The room was small (superior single) but comfortable enough for one person. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also well equipped

Some sockets were not working and the room was very warm. AC had to be turned on even though it was only 12degrees Celsius outside. There was only one small elevator for the whole building so it took a while for it to come; bit annoying if you're on the 4th floor.
