Excellent venue 👌 lovely hospitality, refreshing to be greeted by a nice, warm, and welcoming host. Loved the room so different to the normal hotel you get at typical hotels. This one was so unique, very homely, and there was no hustle and bustle of competing guests. Privacy was great. Exceptional place with a beautifully made breakfast the following morning 🌄 made with a lot of love ❤️ Exceptional place I would throughly recommend.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The location was quiet and peaceful, and the hosts gave us a very warm and kind welcome when we arrived, even offering to tumble dry our wet clothes for us! The room and en-suite were well equipped and had everything you need to make you comfortable, as well as being very clean. We had a great night's sleep followed by a delicious breakfast, setting us up well for the day ahead. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come here again if we were to return to the area.

18:09 I booked this hotel because me and my friend were going to Alton Towers and it was only a ten minute drive away so was perfect for us. After a fantastic but long day at Alton Towers we drove to the hotel. We received a warm welcome from Louise who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble Louise explained everything to us and showed us to our room which was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for a good night's sleep. I woke up to a beautiful view of cows in the field which was lovely to see first thing on a morning. We headed down for breakfast the next morning. Lots of continental breakfast tochoose from while Louise made the perfect full English breakfast. We had a lovely chat with Louise over breakfast before leaving for another day at Alton towers. I highly recommend this B and B and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Louise for making our stay lovely. Laura and Sean xx

We loved our stay at Moorland View Farm, it made the perfect base to celebrate a special birthday! Louise was a truly fantastic host, communication was excellent throughout and she made us feel so welcome in her B&B. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities were great! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for a brilliant stay, we would return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely gorgeous location with lovely walks all around, beautiful scenery & cottages. Louise our host was extremely professional & welcoming. Our room was located on the first floor of the cottage. We had the best night sleep as the whole location was silent. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was fresh & Louise wore a chief hat & apron which was nice to see, she took our order & while she was cooking we was free in the breakfast room to help ourselves to the continental breakfast. We will definitely be staying again for a weekend get away. Thank you Louise for making our stay so great!

Everything was perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing!

The house/room was great, the location was lovely (there was a woodpecker at the bird feeder outside) and the breakfast was delicious! The host, Louise, was an absolute delight - friendly, helpful and flexible around our needs. Even got her husband to give us a lift back to our car, which we'd left at a nearby wedding venue the night before, so we didn't have to walk back hungover. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Great location! Louise was so friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Great view from our bedroom. Louise accommodated for a gluten free breakfast and it was perfect! Room was super cosy and comfy with an en-suite and little added extras of biscuits, tea fresh milk and fresh water! Would definitely want to come back again if we were in the area.

Location of the property was in a superb location and only 10-12mins away from Alton Towers. Stunning views from our bedroom window. Our host Louise was very warm and friendly. Breakfast - great selection and a lovely cooked full English breakfast.

In the bathroom we had a shower that you had to hold on whilst you washed. The holder was far too low down. The main shower we couldn’t use as it was taped down.

Easy to find, only one u-turn! Met by a welcoming smile, gorgeous views and spotless room. We couldn't have asked for more. Our breakfast was more than we expected with delicious fresh fruit/berries, yogurt and then a cooked full English, ready for our onward journey ... no lunch required!! A swimming pool!!! Nothing, everything met our needs perfectly.

This is one of the most beautiful locations I've ever been too, views were stunning from the house. The B&B was way beyond our expectations! The most friendly of welcomes from Louise, one of the loveliest en-suite rooms I've ever stayed in, cleanliness perfect, breakfast superb! I actually can't fault this place and we are already thinking about coming back to try out one the self contained cottages they have there too! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, and we both highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking!
