We only used our caravan as a base for Portsmouth Dockyard and for this it was perfect. The weather was cold and dreary but the heating was super efficient and the hot tub a lovely treat. The lounge area was excellent for space and we were delighted that the main bedroom had an en-suite sink and toilet. Having accommodation with somewhere to park was important for us as well.

All fine really, no frying pan when we made breakfast on the first morning but this was quickly replaced when reported. The single beds are very narrow for six foot young men..but…it’s a caravan and everyone accepted that, As a value for money experience I don’t think theres much to moan about!!

It was peaceful and pleasant. We enjoyed this and would definitely return!!! Staff were fantastic in both reception and the restaurant. Kudos to all! The accommodation was a no-pet unit #15 that was ideal for us. The kitchen was nice and equipped quite well. Very comfortable and relaxing. What we needed. Spacious The outdoor deck was lovely but needed a cushion on the couch. They recycle!! Make it easy to help the planet. Love the parking is designated, so easy.

The lack of easy questions being answered pre-arrival. I don't want their app to know the hours of the only restaurant, hours of the pool, or the hair dryer- simple, just answer. It took 7 requests and a complaint to Booking.com to get answers. The restaurant closes so early and it was quite pricey for what you got. No matter we went twice because of the staff! The staff make up for this though!!! They're fantastic!

Breakfast not being served at time of stay which was a little disappointing so we went to the sea front which was nice really not a problem. Evening meals were great in the Squirrel bar with tasty cocktails. Very friendly hard working staff. All staff on site were great even the night staff/ security. The site was lovely very tidy with well kept landscaped gardens. Myself and partner had a very relaxing break and look forward to a return next year with our dog for long seaside walks. The accommodation was first class clean tidy and very well presented with everything you could need for a short stay.

Residents going to work ( ?) 6.30 every morning with revving of loud exhaust

This is the second time we have stayed. We like that the location is quiet, clean & friendly. It only takes 5 minutes in the car to the beach too. The caravan has 2 bathrooms as a family of 6 this is great. We love the balcony that goes around the caravan, it’s a lovely place to eat, chill & the children to play safely. Staff are all lovely & the pool is nice & warm - although disappointed we could only book once as already booked & we could only reserve 4 spaces although we are a family of 6, we had to hope someone didn’t turn up. We couldn’t book before we went as the link didn’t give us this option.

The food & drink our very expensive!! The entertainment is ok, very quiet ( we liked this ) but over & finished by 9.15-9.30 every night. We couldn’t book swimming very disappointed in this. Also the locals can use the facilities this meant the splash pad & outside seating was packed.

The property was well laid out with good modular furniture for all the family to stay comfortably. It was very modern and well presented. The cooking utensils provided were more than sufficient. The private hot tub was a lovely added extra and was well used! The swimming pool, soft play and bookable activities were great to have available. The staff were so helpful and wonderful, especially Suzanne!

We had some issues with the beds, namely a significant dip in the sofa bed which we had to prop up with modular seats and the bottom bunk bed was also sunken in and extremely noisy. We also hoped that there would be more activities like live performances, etc programmed during our stay as advertised but that wasn’t the case.

Great location, spacious caravan and hot tub was a bonus. Ideal fir our stay with family whilst visiting goodwood and were able to park right next to the caravan. Very well maintained site.

Wasn't clean! All glasses were dirty. Found later that this was due to the dishwasher not working well, but then this should have been checked. Glass shelf in the shower in the on suite had not been cleaned. Rings from soap or shampoo bottles, hair from a razer and all underneath where it's attached to the wall was black. Front of kitchen cupboards had something spilt down them and thus hadn't been noticed either. We didn't mention this to staff as we were only there on evenings and out for the whole day and just didn't have the chance... 2 toilet rolls for 4 adults for 3 nights. Would expect a spare. And no surface cleaner fir the kitchen which we also would expect to be provided.

The caravan was exceptionally good and the grounds were very clean

The downsides were the van next to ours had 2 dogs that persistently barked at anything that moved. After they moved out, a couple moved in that decided to stay in the spa and party until early hours., so the restful break left us more tired than when we came We went over to the green room, and there were dogs in there that were constantly barking also. However, one of the owners did take their dog outside after a while.

Clean and tidy site. Space for 2 cars. Bar and Restaurant were absolutely fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and well presented. Bed was a comfy good sized double. Lounge was spacious. Outside deck and seating was nice. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Shower had decent power. En-suite toilet for the master bedroom and a separate family shower/toilet was nice. Nice also to have a discount when we booked again for next year.

Carpets in the lounge had a few small marks on them but I guess that's only to be expected in this type of holiday property. It was 30 degrees outside so on arrival and 1st night the accommodation was too warm - but leaving windows ajar for day 2 made it much better. Weekday pm rush-hour traffic coming in was a bit slow. Morning rush-hour traffic on the A27 around nearby Chichester was awful (But travelling out between 7.30 and 9am can be avoided on our next stay there)

Honestly, the whole place was amazing. Lovely mobile homes. Clean, gorgeous and and had everything we needed. The location of the homes and the layout was beautiful, with a beach and supermarket near by. There was entertainment provided on site for the children which us adult enjoyed too. The food at the restaurant were delicious. Definitely coming back again.

The only thing was the beds were not as comfortable. However, that was minor compared to how good everything else was
