Loved the staff. Particularly the Polish couple in the restaurant and the Filipino gardener. Great location. Fabulous gardens. Breakfast was by and large good and plentiful, but some of the ingredients could have been better quality, particularly the sausages and jams. Public rooms were lovely. Views from the terrace onto the beach and harbour.
Our room was no. 310 and we were very close to the lift and it was very noisy going up and down. The quality of the furniture in the room was poor for the price we paid. No biscuits on the hospitality tray in the room which, again for the cost of the room we felt this was penny pinching.

The hotel is in a great location with a superb view of Tenby. It has a couple of lovely areas to sit and take in the views. Our room also had a view over the bay. There is ample parking. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are nice and evening meals are also tasty.
Although our room was really nice, at times there was a lot of noise from the room above, e.g. heavy footsteps on creaky floorboards and dropping heavy objects. Another small niggle was that there were 2 set times for breakfast - one was too early for us and the other a bit late which meant a later start to our day than we would normally like. However overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with stunning views of Tenby. The hotel is set on a cliff overlooking the north beach and is in comfortable walking distance to the town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and gave a generous amount of food with a porridge/yoghurt and fruit starter followed by a main; cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tenby
The pool was closed for the winter months unfortunately - not a deal breaker but it looked so inviting. I hope in future that they could keep it open year round. The WiFi was a bit slow and temperamental.

Had a wonderful stay at the Park Hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of character. Everything was so clean and immaculate. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The seating area which looks across to Teny has amazing views. There is a an outdoor pool which is an added bonus in the summer. The downstairs bar was quirky and there is a relaxing sitting room with a lovely fire. There is private access to the beach. The Park Hotel exceeded my expectations and more. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious.
There is nothing not to like. Some biscuits would be nice with the room tea and coffee

We have just returned from a 2 night New Year stay, the Hotel is incredible, welcomed with warmth and true hospitality. Our room was spacious, clean and comftable. The bar, is quirky, with a superb bar man, friendly and professional. Breakfast was well presented, hot and delicious. The breakfast staff were fantastic. We had dinner NYE, the quality, presentation and service was first class, again the staff were fantastic. You can tell the hotel is family run, as opposed to major hotel chains, the service is personal, the lounge is so peaceful and beautiful, and it has homely touches. The staff work extremely hard, we seen the same for breakfast and dinner, they really show what true hospitality is. Thank You for a great stay.
Pre ordering dinner, I however understand why they have done this, but personal preference is to order whilst having a drink absorbing the menu. Not a complaint, just a preference.

First class breakfast service, served to you at the table, food was lovely, staff excellent. Location is fantastic, take a drink onto the terrace overlooking the sea, and enjoy the amazing views of the bay. Cleanliness is excellent, and the gardens are beautifully kept. As we were leaving before breakfast, reception arranged for two packed lunches for us to take with us on our journey, and very nice it was too. We can't thank the staff at the park hotel enough for a wonderful weeks stay. Thank you very much.

Everything else!!!...Lovely friendly chap on reception. All the fabulous staff in the breakfast/dining room. Absolutely gorgeous breakfast. Cleanliness and attention to detail. The housekeeping amazing, and whoever is responsible for the amazing gardens, is a miracle worker!
Only problem was on the bathroom door. The door lock catch is too big, when reaching for the door handle it dug into my finger and have me a nasty gash on the top of my finger under the knuckle!! I reported it to the lovely gentleman in reception and he put it in the book. (I even showed him photos I took). He said he would let the other lady know on reception. On leaving day, the lady on reception did say sorry for your finger, I saw it on the accident report! (Myself and my husband did find this a little bit dismissive) I hope this gets sorted asap..as we then kept the bathroom door open as to not do it again.

My wife and I were met with a warm welcome at reception when checking in. Our room (108) was very spacious), spotlessy clean and well appointed. A nice view from the window, we could see across the houses to the sea (and harbour). We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant for our first evening, It was good. Breakfast was excellent, great selection. Staff were very attentive. A large dining room, waiter/waitress service. The food was freshly prepared (no waiting in a buffet line for soggy eggs). The bar (located downstairs with direct access to the beautiful gardens) was cosy and a nice spot to relax. A really nice terrace located across from the hotel - fantastic viewsa cross to Tenby, Heated pool - but we didn't use it.
The bathroom was small, and could have been larger. Shower was located in the bath. Powerful and plenty of hot water. However, it was spotlessy clean. Toiletries provided too.

Stunning views over iconic Tenby harbour, set in lush gardens, with swimming pool, in a quiet residential area. Spotlessly clean. Varied breakfast included in the room price. On site free parking (on a first come first serve bases).
Drop in bedroom floor level leading to the en suite which is an accident waiting to happen. Poor pressure and performance in the over the bath shower. Maze of corridors and steps poorly lit. Tiny claustrophobic lift. 15 minutes walk to Tenby town centre, fine going downhill, not so fine walking back up, especially for the less able.

Omg don’t get me started, let’s start with the view from the hotel There’s also a cliff track path that lead directly to the beach There’s even some sits available for you if you want the video directly. It was so beautiful. Now let’s talk about the room, the interior design is superb, modern and eyes for details. Ohh yes I observed everything It’s so aesthetically pleasing. I took lots of pictures and videos ohh it was beautiful Now the food, we only had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious. The pillows were so soft and I sleep so easily. I need that pillow in my life lol😄 I think I have covered everything 😂
The room we were in is a bit little but considering how everything was accessible, it made it convenient. The noise is a bit of a thing as well. I think cuz the room are divided by a plaster wall. We stayed in room 1 so we could hear every conversation held outside and also some music from the bar and chats from the bar. I don’t know if it’s because of my hearing but we can hear everything
