Adrian is very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. He has run this guesthouse on his own during our stay and is so attentive. He offered for us to keep our room longer as he wasn't expecting anyone on our last day. He's such a great guy! The location is brilliant, and there is on street parking around the property. The bed is so comfortable and the room is clean. Adrian supplies a TV, fridge, coffee, tea, milk, bottled water, hair dryer, and towels. The Full English breakfast is cooked to perfection and he is very chilled, not rushed. Overall, we couldn't have stayed in a better place for our first trip to Torquay. Thanks so much Adrian- we'll definitely be back!!!!

Only just got a parking space outside. Not enough milks supplied for coffee and tea tray and only 1 pack of 2 biscuits between 2 of us would have though at least a pack of 2 biscoffs each.. Room tad small

Breakfast was very nice. Room was compact but good enough for what we needed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location. Short walking distance to the seafront. Plenty of parking on arrival. It was busier the next morning and would be more of an issue to park.

Only one small issue the shower was cold and very little water coming. No other issues.

The position of the hotel was great if you don't mind a little walk. On street parking was available throughout our stay with no problem. Good room proportion. Room had everything you would want and more. Breakfast was ample, service was quick

The room could do with some black out curtains as the hotel across the road has security lights that shine directly into the room. The windows are very big so I know curtains wont be cheap. Also the small table in the room could do with fixing or replacing. Wasn't very stable

Fantastic location..easy access to the beach,shopping,dining. The Host Adrian was really nice guy... and everything we wanted was always there... good oldfashioned friendly and neat guest house!!! Perfect option for a stay in Torquay.

We didn't like the fact that we had to go back home and go to work...🫥 Only thing was a little worry if we have parking space after the day journeys... but always had!!! (Street parking,free)

Would just like to say thankyou Adrian for a wonderful stay at your guesthouse would 💯 recommend , breakfast was lovely , room was lovely and Adrian was always happy to here about what we were doing for the day and advising us on best attractions and places to go we amazing value for money we will definitely be returning . good choice of breakfast cereals, my husband enjoyed the full English, I had toast, cereals, , yogutrt, all good and fresh. choice of brown or white bread. Adrian couldn't have been a better host, nothing too much trouble. We had a ground floor double room right next to the dining room and his recommendations for other restaurants /pubs were spot on for good food

I had a lovely room, cosy but plenty of space just for a few days. Adrian was very kind and friendly. I took a bad turn on my first night there and was embarrassed but spoke to him the next morning and he was very professional about it. Breakfast was excellent and nothing too much trouble for Adrian. Place is up a hill but the bus stops are very convenient.

Lovely fresh cooked breakfast every morning and host was amazing and couldn't be more helpful, after having a room issue he moved us to another room and moved all our stuff while we were out all day. Would love to stay there again as so close to the beach and shops.

Well stocked room and more supplies available on request. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Manager very welcoming and helpful giving us tips on where to visit. Breakfast was lovely.

Shower ran hot and cold. Location was uphill but buses were available two minutes walk away. Weather was a bit of a letdown.
