We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Acqua Beach Weymouth! The warmth and friendliness of the family who runs the place made our experience truly special. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made such a positive difference in our stay, and it’s one of the main reasons we can't wait to return. On top of that, the breakfast was fantastic—delicious, hearty, and the perfect way to start each day. The location is perfect, the accommodations are clean and cozy, but it’s the exceptional service, personal touch, and great breakfast that really set Acqua Beach apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Breakfast was lovely with a choice of cereals, yoghurts and pastries followed by a selection of hot breakfast options e.g. full English or poached eggs on toast etc. Excellent location on sea front, 5 minutes walk from town and approx 10 minutes to the pavillion. Parking was not on site (think there is this option) but we were unable to secure a space so had to park in the car park (8 minutes walk away). £9 for 24hours. Lovely hosts and wonderful bar area in the hotel made for good socialising. Hosts made you feel at home. Would stay again.

We had a small double room - bed could have been slightly larger however it may be just my partner taking all the room.

From the moment we booked Mandy and Richard were very warm and welcoming. They responded promptly to any queries. On arrival we had that same warm welcome and were shown to our rooms which were beautiful. Lots of room for a family of 7. Though next time we might get two rooms to keep the heat down!! We had an amazing fan to keep us cool though. Everything was immaculate. Staff at breakfast were friendly too. Breakfast was yummy and filling. I liked that we could put in our orders the night before. They also had a bar which you can help yourself to and write down what you've had to pay on check out. Literally across the road from the beach and well located for all the other tourist locations. Booking again!

Warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step inside. Towels and complimentary toiletries neatly presented on the bed adds to the already warm and welcoming atmosphere. And tea and coffee facilities in the room are well stocked (love a good biscuit!) The room was so cosy and clean which is just what you need after coming in from a cold windy seafront ! The staff and hosts were absolutely lovely and super friendly. The breakfast is delicious and very nicely presented not to mention super quick!. I really couldn’t fault it and so I highly recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed. I definitely hope to be back next year !

Wonderful staff, Mandy and Richard were great hosts, nothing too much trouble. The quality of breakfast was very high and you could practically ask for whatever you wanted, one drawback was breakfast was only for one hour and when the hotel was full this was a little chaotic and family table space limited. Nice clean rooms, comfy beds and coffee/tea facilities.

Although bathroom clean and modern, a little on the small side and the shower not powerful enough. The front bedrooms face a very noisy main road although the traffic did die down between midnight and 6.00 am (not for light sleepers!). Hotel still very much under renovation (takes time to get it right), rooms are finished but the entrance and hallway, stairs, etc... still to be renovated so a little unnerving when you enter the property, to be completed this winter 2024. Would I stay again.....yes but with one of the back rooms!!!

Mandy the owner was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Beautiful room with lovely sea view. Location opposite the beach. Nice cooked breakfast. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate provided in the room..Help yourself bar downstairs if that's your bag. It was nice we could eat any takeaway purchased in the downstairs dinning room.Free bottled water provided downstairs in a fridge available to help ourselves which was a great touch.

Didn't see the owners apart from when we arrived so lacked that personal touch. Breakfast not a great continental option, pasties in a pkt and really poor. Ltd fruit available if you went to Breakfast on the later sitting plus not enough tables for the guests so had to wait untill some people left. Bed absolutely the worst I have slept in, very hard like sleeping on a board so barely slept, i woke very early each morning in pain due to the bed being bad for my back.Pillows very thin. Room cleaning could be better, beds were just covered over.

The location was great, Mandy & Richard are very friendly & the location is ultimate for an avid beach goer like myself. The location is great to visit the nearby swannery & Bennett's Water Garden by bus. Please look online for the property pictures as they are a true depiction of what can be expected. A perfect place to stay if you want to have public transport nearby, The honesty bar is beautifully decorated & staying here felt like a treat.

Whilst the room itself was fabulous, I had no view of the beach. To be fair I had booked last minute & the money spent on the room was more than reasonable

Firsty Mandy the owner will do everything and more to make your stay special. The hotel is being renovated to a beautiful standard. We stayed in the attic twin ( note it is a little hike up the stairs), but it didn't bother us. The hotel is located on the beach front, so lovely views for breakfast and bedrooms. Breakfast offers large variety of choices. Short walk into the town center and just round the corner from the train station. Rooms were very clean and well maintained with daily housekeeping. Will definitely return next year 😊

Nice, welcoming and helpful staff. Convenient location, close to the train station, in front of Weymouth Beach, and 10 min walking from the Old harbour where most of the cafes and restaurants are. The room was spacious, bright and clean, the bed comfortable, if you like firm mattresses. Breakfast was good and abundant, served in a nice and bright lounge area facing the seaside, and we were offered a lot of different buffet and cooked on demand options.

I wouldn't recommend booking this room (but probably a different one, in the same hotel) if you are a like sleeper (as I am) or if you're looking for a quiet stay. The sea view if wonderful, however the room is a first floor facing one of Weymouth main and busiest streets (between the hotel and the beach) and it can be quite noisy due to cars and motorcycles until late in the night.

The host was very welcoming, she helped us find a parking space and provided a few other tips about Weymouth. The room and bathroom were bright, clean, and nicely decorated, with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. had access to a fridge at the bar for complimentary cold water bottles each day. The freshly cooked breakfast could be ordered the day before, and there was a limited choice of continental breakfast as well. Our stay was great
