A beautifully furnished and immaculate property in a quiet countryside location with plenty of parking space, easy access to major roads, and a welcoming pub a few miles away. Glenda and Lee could not have been more brilliant hosts. The bedroom was well appointed, spacious, the bed comfortable, and lots of little extras were included to make our stay that bit more special . Lee makes a superb a la carte breakfast - worthy of a Master Chef citation. Brenda breeds and shows dogs, but there is no noise and we never saw them, other than in the many lovely photos. We would not stay anywhere else if we come this way again.

An exemplary B'n'B and excellent for our four-night stay while we were exploring East Cambridgeshire and West Norfolk. Glenda and Lee were warm and welcoming hosts. The room (en-suite) was roomy and very comfortable. The WiFi was strong and reliable. Breakfasts (chosen from a huge menu the night before) were wonderful, with great attention to the quality of the ingredients (mostly home-made) and their presentation. Binoculars were lent to us, eggs were bought and two small pots of home-made jam were given as a parting gift. 10/10. 5 *. Should we ever return to the area, we will certainly stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely fruit bowl and lots of choices of tea and coffee.Glenda and Lee go above and beyond to make sure their guests have an enjoyable stay.The breakfast menu was incredible you would need to stay more than a week to sample all options.You were made to feel like you were at home.They were able to store our bikes in the garage overnight and even gave us some tips on where to go on them.This is a must return for us the best B&B we have stayed at.

Really loved the personal feel about the property and the warm welcome by hosts Glenda and Lee, Nothing was too much trouble and you could clearly see, they were passionate about their business and the effort that goes into making homemade items and sourcing local produce. (Eggs from their own chickens) The area, was quiet, and just what we look for when staying away from home. Personally we enjoyed their company at breakfast with us, and the breakfast was gorgeous, well cooked with great portions sizes, wish I could have ate more and sampled the home made jams and preserves. A hidden gem that we would definitely go back to if we were in the area again.

COULDN’T FAULT ANYTHING, the facilities, breakfast choice, room size, bed, bathroom and parking, Everything was just perfect for a stay away from home even ample condiments and a few added extras like, fresh fruit, chocolate and sweet drinks and bathroom samples made it all a perfect stay.

Nothing was too much trouble for Glenda & Lee, who met us as we arrived. We were given a guided tour of the facilities and accessories around the house and our room. Then when you thought it couldn't get better, along comes breakfast. I opted for home cured / smoked mackerel with scrambled eggs from their own chickensThere. We were also given home cured Smoked bacon to try at home. Amazing couple, amazing home, amazing food. 10/10. We'll be back. Secure remote control electric gates, too.

There was nothing to dislike Everything met our expectations and then exceeded tham.

Glenda and Lee went above and beyond to look after my daughter and myself on what was a sad stay as we were attending a good friend’s funeral. They are a lovely friendly and professional couple who’s home is immaculate and you are invited to treat it as your home during your stay! Our room was comfortable and they had thought to provide everything you possibly need during your stay. The breakfast was amazing, the eggs came from their own hens! They even suggested leaving our luggage there as the room wasn’t needed for the rest of the day so that after the funeral we could change into our comfortable travelling clothes! Thank you so much for being so thoughtful!

My daughter just had one little niggle and said apart from that her stay was perfect! It was having somewhere to put her hair straighteners by the mirror! Sorry but if that’s all she could think of it is certainly high praise and a glowing recommendation to go there if you’re ever in the area!

Perfect location for our needs this trip and will be excellent when we return. Room was great: large and well-appointed. Mini-fridge with milk for tea/coffee, fruit juices and chocolates was an unexpected bonus. Bed was firm and very comfortable: sleep was good. Breakfast was superb, with home cured and smoked bacon, fresh eggs from hens on site and home-made bread. Lee and Glenda are wonderful hosts: friendly, chatty and all-round good company.

The weather! But seriously, there was nothing we did not like about Labbadax House.

Me and my wife have used lots of B & B's over the years. Glenda and Lee are the best hosts we've encountered, so many little things thought of that make a massive difference. It's a lovely property, spacious rooms and it was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was so clean it looked like it had never been used! Little fridge in the room with Fresh milk, orange juice and a choccy bar each. The area is lovely and quiet and there are walks near to the property if you like to get out into the countryside. Exceptional breakfast with lots of choices. The homemade bread was lovely, Lee gave me a copy of the recipe to try at home. He is obviously very passionate about cooking and it shows, amazing! We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, a home from home, and we'll definately be back when we stay in the area again.
