The property is dated, however, this added to its lovely charm. The hotel was very very clean, neat, and tidy. The room had everything it needed.

It was a little noisy in the corridor on occasion, but it wasn’t a problem. It was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly, and welcoming.

Loved it, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast. Great friendly and caring staff.

The WiFi was spotty at times. No other issues.

Location - as I had business in the area and have become accustomed to and enjoy walking the streets.

Location, which the hotel cannot control. The good - close to "downtown" shopping and business centers. The bad - surrounding area is pretty dark and deserted in evenings and on Sunday. Although probably not comfortable for foreigners, did not seem to be dangerous walking around at night. Few close restaurants - especially at night. Older hotel, suitable for basic needs of a short trip.

Great location, fantastic and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean. Loved our stay and woukd definitely recommend.

This Hotel is a great value in the center of old town. There is no question the place is shabby, and has seen better days. But the high ceilings and room fixtures echo a yesteryear of elegant travel. Sure the hall carpet it not as clean as it could be; the room was fine. The neighborhood has the potential for danger at night; I was never harmed or threatened. There is a pleasant outside terrace to sit on and sip a beverage at the end of your day. I also found the staff to be exceedingly friendly and helpful.

You can pass on the desayuno. 7 bucks gets you three pieces of toast, some butter, marmalade, juice and coffee. It is kind of rinky-dink for the price. Be aware they have some agreement with the municipal government to provide shelter to single mothers with children. This means the halls are alive with playing, crying, shrieking children until things quiet down by 9pm.

I liked how the staff were willing to help when I had an issue with my payment going through. They also were very helpful in providing information of places in the Central area that i can go to.

That breakfast is charged separately.

Quiet and comfortable enough to stay several days.

Strange sounds from the second floor, weak but constantly going over the night. Thanks to the staff, they changed the room, and I was able to rest well. Also, there was smell and mold in the bathroom in the first room, but the second one was fine.
