The entrance, lobby and restaurants are stunning. The room spacious. The food delicious and the staff very professional.

Friendly staff, always try to help! Location is nice, opposite of the beach. Nice seaview (see photo shot from room) Pool very nice. Fitness good. Good value for money

Breakfast was okayish - fruits often not riped and never fileted, badly cut. Bread was old von 24 - 27.12., even bakeries were working again. The guy at the buffet gave you bad feeling, when you were hungry and ordered a bit more than average. Like it was his (no self service due to pandemic - but strange, for Müsli it was self service) Housekeeping was not cleaning well. This was really poor! Picture is the fresh pillow how we found it! The cleaning lady must be completely blind! Restaurant food was complety oversalted, the medium ordered steak well done. (If you order tell them, no salt. You want to salt yourself) It looked like there is no management in the moment. People have good will, but no leader.

The location - opposite the water and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.staff were very helpful and spoke English. Food in the bar was fabulous - light and nutritious.

It is cozy and stylish, with great stuff. It feels like at home. Not the first time, not the last, for sure.

Cool design, everything clean and well organized, makes you feel at home. Very well trained, friendly and educated staff. Great gym and excellent restaurant.

Love Hyatt hotel in general. It has big gym, pool. The food at the deli and restaurant are delicious. The room is spacious and has view to the river!

Hyatt hotel is always a good idea, this particular place has it’s own charm and a lovely cosy entrance area.. we liked the location in front of the ocean. I would like to thank personally Katerina at the front desk for her efforts to find the better room as we had a lot of luggage and for her very personal touch.. she really did her best.

the breakfast area was extremely crowded at 8.00am. the choice could be better for Hyatt we think..

Parking, breakfast, room and staff were great

Credit card hold are never nice and in Hyatts case, 2-3 weeks are pretty common. Other 5 star hotels in Montevideo take the card info but doesn't hold it like Hyatt Centric.
