The room was spacious and clean, fitting a double bed and a travel cot comfortably (there was also a desk, a sofa, and a small table). Importantly, it all looks as in the pictures shown in Booking and Google. The hotel's location is perfect, specially since we were only staying two nights. It is located in one of the best areas of Montevideo, which is at walking distance to the Villa Dolores park (former zoo), planetarium (including a playing area for kids), Montevideo sign, Pocitos and Malvin's bay, Montevideo's twin towers (financial district), and the Montevideo shopping mall, to name a few. The breakfast has plenty of options, including plenty of fresh fruits and Uruguayan pastries to choose from (sweet or savory). The Internet is strong everywhere in the hotel. However, what we liked the most was the great value for money, because we had an excellent room with breakfast for a relatively cheap price. We will definitely return.

I requested to have my room earlier and staff managed to give me my room as soon as possible. Location was good for me, near commercial center, many restaurants around. WiFi was good. Staff was good.

The room was little bit noisy. But I don't blame the hotel for that because I know it is on the Gral Rivera Avenue. It was not really a problem.

Helpful staff, good location, cleanliness, good room space and spotless bathroom. It was easy to wander around the city. Montevideo Shopping is at walking distance.

Capacity of A/C equipment is below requirements. We couldn’t get a comfortable temperature in the room. Breakfast was fine and abundant but not great. Mainly pastries and cold cuts. No hot food available.

Is a big hotel so many groups (schools, sport teams) were allocated there what caused some noice and inconvenience. If you prefer and quieter hotel should be taken into account

Location was super , breakfast was also good ,it’s a big hotel so it it doesn’t feel crowded. That was nice ,also helpful workers in reception.

Cleaners forgot to clean my room, while I had the “paper” on the door handle,that pls clean the room . Later ,19 pm when I arrived,I asked to clean my room ,they said yes of course, but they only put new towels to table …I could give 10 stars to this hotel ,but to forget to clean …it takes a lot down ,because officially we pay for that …

The room is comfortable and clean. Internet worked partially well. The staff is friendly and professional. Hotel location is good.

Too many pastries for breakfast. Parking is not part of the hotel, and it is paid additionally, even though I filtered the search to include parking.

The hotel was clean, the room good. Helpful staff. I especially liked that they have self operated washing machines and dryers. Easy to get to places on the buses.

The choices at breakfast were limited for foreign travellers like us. No fruit / fruit salad and no cooked items, such as eggs. Lots of cakes, bread and sliced meat and cheese, which is in line with the local style.

Breakfast was good, but it could be better if they add omelet (scrambled eggs) and sausages or bacon. They had a great variety of desserts. Also it would be nice to have granola, not only cereals. Personal was the best here, ready to help in any situation and solve any question (10/10)

Location, room size, restaurant in premises, underground parking, good service, big bed, shower, all those things made for a pleasant stay..

One of the counter attendants was in need of some refreshment course in guest treating. Without being rude was not friendly, nor warm. Luckily there was also a lady attending that overcame his faults.

Breakfast was good. Simple but very good quality. I love the room and the location was a good time spend there.

I have some problems with air conditioner but nothing special.
