This is a charming little hotel located a few blocks from the bus station and just a short walk from the beach. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main high street, where you’ll find a few restaurants. There’s a pleasant walk around the peninsula, and the hotel offers bikes for hire if you want to explore further. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is organized into three sittings, and you’ll be asked to select your preferred time. The rooms are of a decent size, but the bathroom in ours was quite small and cramped. A nice option for a short, beach-focused stay.

The location was great, near the bus station if you arrive in Punta del Este by bus. Near the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend it if you want a clean, simple, 3* hotel. It was perfect for me!

They could do with labelling the food at the breakfast buffet, so the guest knows what is what and what the flavours are. Some items like soft cheese, milk, butter, and yoghurt looked similar. Otherwise, it was a great breakfast, and a manager encouraged me to take some pastries and cakes for later!

The rooms were all I needed. I had a comfortable bed, a nice closet to unpack my bag into and a great shower - what more could I ask for. The staff were friendly and I found it super helpful that there was always someone who could speak a bit of English! Everything I did was in walking distance and at night, the rooms were quiet enough that I had no problem sleeping at all!

The location was superb, near nearly everything we wanted to do. Close to restaurants, stores, fast food places, walking distance to other major restaurants/bars of the area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast exceeded expectations - do not expect eggs and other hot dishes, but the variety of breads, cold cuts was great, coffee was good, there were yogurt and juice options as well.

The bathroom could’ve been just a tad bigger, but the quality of the shower is superb - be careful! After flushing the toilet it’s smart to wait a bit before washing hands/getting in shower as boiling hot water is all that becomes available for a few seconds.

Great location, modern room and awesome hot shower. The on-site bike rental is awesome as it’s a nice Specialized bike with a lock (no helmet provided)

One of the wall upon walking into the room is dirty and could use some cleaning and a new coat of paint. Also, the shampoo & shower gel in the shower was somewhat broken and unlabeled. I’m not sure if I washed my hair with shampoo or shower gel?! 😂

Relaxed atmosphere, very helpful reception staff. So close to everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom facilities good too.

Regarding the breakfast, it would have been nice to have some gluten free/dairy free and sugar free options, because I have allergies. So I wasnt able to eat very much.

Superb location, close to everything. Sparkly clean, I looooved sleeping on IRONED sheets. It was quiet and perfect for my one night there. Breakfast was typical Uruguayn: cold cuts, cheese, bread, pastries. I appreciated having hot water in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at Florinda again.

lovely hotel ! the location is really great there are many good restaurants near by. the stuff was so nice ! the room was clean, the bad was comfortable and everything was good !

we hard a lot of noise of renovations of a building from the outside in the morning, and heard also the people that pass in the corridor. besides of that everything was really great!

Great location, we could walk to the beach and it had good restaurants close by. Walking distance from "Los Dedos" and the port. There was a mix up with the reservations and we could only enter at 5pm, but they allowed us to stay until 5 the other day, which was really nice anyway. The hotel have chairs and sunshade to lend, and beach towels.
