Employees very friendly. Nice breakfast and kitchen employee was helpful and friendly. Restful bedding. Room was fairly clean.

Lighting too low to apply makeup in bathroom. Poor and/or unsightly maintenance/workmanship in the bathroom. Chalking around toilet unsightly. Metal covering for handicapped hardware (on faucet end of wall) was loose and did not cover the screws and wasn’t attached to the wall. Unsightly chunk of drywall near floor near tub needs repair. Heavy dust was in around hardware on wall lamps by bed. The swinging lid on trashcan beside elevator was filthy! …could tell it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Sign on wall beside elevator, and “numerous” door number signs were crooked..very sloppy workmanship.

The hotel common areas and my room were very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. My room was refreshed daily. The breakfast offered had a variety of choices available each day. Coffee was available 24/7. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

The water pressure of the shower was not ideal, but it was nice and hot.

The breakfast was on point! The breakfast staff (Deana) I believe her name is, was friendly and accommodating. Her level of customer service is exceptional. On checking-in, we were given excellent customer service and support from the lady at the desk. The staff is very customer friendly.

Very clean and BIG rooms. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any issues. Truthfully,we had a problem with the TV. The desk clerk was quick to come and try to get it working. When we couldn’t get it fixed, she was quickly able to move us to a new room and made everything go as smoothly as possible

The breakfast was ok. I don't eat pork and all the meat and gravy was pork. Other than no other meat options but pork, breakfast was fine.

The room could've been a lil more cleaner. There were a few dead bugs in the bathroom, the bed headboard was stained a little, the bathroom door could've been wiped, it was stains and the floors can use some carpet cleaner or freshener to make the rug and room smell better.

The hotel was nice, clean, and roomy. The staff was excellent, personable, friendly, and helpful. The free breakfast was about as you would expect, adequate but not exceptional. Need more cereal choices.

Biggest drawback was the bed which was unbelievably soft, like sleeping on a kitchen sponge. Plays hell on your back.

The double queen beds were odd -- they were stuffed in the room -- so it would have been very hard to get up in the night if you were next to the wall. But they gave us a room for handicapped which allowed plenty of room on both sides of the bed.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels. The staff was great, and it was close to restaurants and the ballpark.

The pool was very small, so if you book with plans to swim keep that in mind. My daughter wouldn’t even get in when we saw how small it was. With only 5 people in it, it was crowded. We also couldn’t close the blackout curtains all the way, and there was a streetlight shining in the room all night.

We’ve stayed at several Comfort Inns and Suited. This one outshines them ALL. Sparkling clean facility with superb staff. Sarah and Deana made our stay a great experience with their helpful and gracious service. We will most definitely stay here again!

The rooms are excellent choice with the divider and sofa. Gave our 15 year old their own space. Conveniently located off interstate. Breakfast hours great who are on vacation and don’t want to rush and make it more like brunch. Accessible lemon water was a great touch.

The pool was dirty and did not look attended to. My husband cleaned debris’s so it was clean.
