Location was good and close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was ok one morning and the second morning much better. The first morning was cheese omelette and I didn’t like the processed cheese they used in the middle. The second morning’s breakfast was scrambled eggs that were good and the bacon was crispy and very tasty. The biscuits were good and gravy ok…..I’m not a packaged gravy fan but that is what you get at most hotels. Good juice options and good cereal & yogurt options too. Coffee was good……lots of bread items like bagels, muffins, pancakes, etc. to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and I noticed a young woman vacuuming often on our floor.

Stayed here before and the location, room, and staff are excellent..

A job fair was taking place there and the applicants parked where they wanted including the handicapped spaces.. They were hanging out at the entrance and I didn't want to unload my vehicle while they observed everything in my vehicle. Really uncomfortable moment with the sort of people there...

The breakfast was good. I wish they would add bacon, boiled eggs . Soda

The conditioner was out in shower . Had to ask for a bag for dirty clothes. Normally they had them in room . The blind would not come all way down so there was light coming in room . Also no hair dyer had to call front desk . She said that there should have been one in room . I said that it wasn’t. Normally they had pen & paper note pad in room had to go ask for this . Also was always a menu for restaurant close by food to order , no menu in room . Had to go ask for bar of soap to bathe with. Thank you !! 🤔

The location was great. Close to many points of interest. The breakfast selection was great. The room was large and very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. The all of the front desk staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

I am used to a waffle maker but, a pancake maker was an interesting change.

The toilet ran often, almost constantly.

My reservation was messed up on Booking. Coms part.... They were so sweet and fixed it for us. Then later that day they told me what booking had done and they didn't charge my card again..... I will most definitely be staying again.

Everything was good

The breakfast was great. We were worried that there wouldn't be much of a hot breakfast due to the pandemic but were greatly surprised but what they had. We enjoyed a wonderful hot breakfast both mornings we were there. The food was great as well as the service and cleanliness.

The indoor pool was closed and that was a bit disappointing. This should have been made known during the booking and not upon arrival.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Clean and tidy room.

I don't have any significant complaints. The shower curtain didn't prevent water from pooling on the floor.

Hotel was clean. Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. They offered extra IHG points since we opted out of daily housekeeping. They also offered breakfast bags to go instead of serving breakfast. Convenient location close to several stores and restaurants, although very busy - not safe walking in the area - need a car

The property was in good condition, but not as new as some other HI Express hotels we have stayed in recently. The bathtub stopper did not work
