Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and location was perfect for our travels to Haleyville. The young lady that checked us in; I believe her name was Mykleli gave us the funeral rate when she found out we were there to attend a funeral in Haleyville. We very much appreciated that.

When we arrived the young lady could not find our reservation that I had booked through Booking.com even when she entered the confirmation #4641422018. We went ahead the booked another room for 2 nights. When we checked out on 9/22/24 I checked again with the front desk to make sure we had not been charged for the booking.com reservation and she said they didn't have anything in their no show list. We have since been charged approx 162.00. I have emailed booking.com 3 times but with no response. Is there anything you can do to help me get this credited back to me.

It was very clean and comfortable and was easy to get to off the interstate.

They were unprepared for the large amount of guests and ran out of hot items an hour before breakfast was over. The overwhelmed worker said it would take her an hour and a half to make more. When I was checking out, I mentioned the disappointment in not getting a hot breakfast, but the desk worker showed no empathy and only made excuses. All of the other workers I encountered were friendly and polite.

Clean.

On day two, I realized the door did not lock when we left. Let the front desk know as we were headed out. She said she was immediately sending someone. When we got back, I was still able to just walk in without using the key card.. Ultimately, I ended up playing with the door until it finally automatically clicked. I had no more issues with the automatic lock after that. We didn't really bring any valuables as this was a church conference trip. So no harm really done. But just FYI. Check that your door locks as you are leaving out.

The hot breakfast was very much appreciated, as far as it went. We were late getting down for Saturday breakfast, about 9:40, and it was scheduled to end at 10:00. All of the meat and almost all of the eggs were gone. Since there were still 20 minutes left, it would have been nice if they had fixed more, but unfortunately, they didn't. The other food items were good. Again, we are thankful that they were even serving breakfast. We enjoyed Sunday's breakfast.

My wife and I have three children 12 and under. The room was very clean and had a very nice bathroom and other helpful amenities, including a small refrigerator. However, we were crowded, especially with our air mattress setup for one of our children.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean and fresh smelling. The young lady at the front desk on the day shift was really nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one passing through.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property or our stay.

Clean inside and out. One of the best breakfast bars we’ve been to traveling across the country. Clean breakfast area with an excellent variety of well prepared food and fresh fruit. Room was clean but small. Bed comfortable. Pet friendly. Great staff.

Pillows.

Breakfast had large variety of selections; best part the scrambled eggs were moist (many hotels have over cooked scrambled eggs) and the bacon was crisp, not under or over-done!

Address on my confirmation sheet gave a nearby town, and my GPS couldn't find it We called, and the front desk attendant told us how to enter the address into GPS

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was amazing.

Our room was too warm. We turned the temperature down and the fan up and I was still warm in our room.

The front desk attendant for check-in and check-out (sorry can’t remember names) was very friendly and personable. Very easy check-in and good location. Breakfast was great. Stayed on our way south to FL and stoped again on the way home. Will definitely be back.

The queen room was large and had a very nice living area. The beds were perfectly comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the tub needed cleaning a bit better. As for the staff, one lady was kinda rude but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. Very nice accommodations over all.
