Your front desk staff member, (Ms. Kim), was hands down the BEST!!! We travel quite a bit and haven't come across anyone with her willingness, tack, and customer service skills in quite a while. We will definitely stay at this location on our next trip to Tuscaloosa due to her kindness. *My grandson went as far to say that Ms. Kim was the friendliest person he met in AL... He's only 12yrs old.

The only thing that we didn't like was the pool was down the entire time we were there!! (Jul 1-6) Due to medical issues, the indoor pool was the #1 reason we originally chose this hotel. This was really disappointing for the whole family

room spacious location cleanliness

barn door on bathroom kept sliding open. not good when you have 4 ppl in a room. also, I booked 3 rooms thru booking. com but hotel could only find 2. had to spend 30 mi utes on phone with booking.com to resolve. the confirmation numbers that show up in booking.com app are not the same conf # the hotel has. Big delay in getting to room but not hotel fault! it was the fault of booking.com

The lobby was well thought out, the gym facilities were excellent and the atmosphere when you first walked in was exceptional. The aroma that was throughout was so pleasing, honestly, I immediately knew it was a clean property.

The only complaint was that the pool closed for maintenance however, they did provide an alternative to another property 1 block down that they owned and the pool was open.

I was grateful that Home2 Suites kept my reservation. I was not able to arrive on the date of travel I booked. My reservtion was canceled. I tried to get Booking.com to help they did and would not help me. Home2 Suites came through.

I pre-paid for my reservation and Booking and Home2 would not work together to help me when I had to modify the reservation. In the end, Home2 finally did the right thing.

It was in a quiet area, that was easy to get to. Liked how the room looked and how it was laid out.

trash can in the room was full of trash like it was forgotten to be check. The bathroom door didn’t work well and made noise, and there was no coffee maker in the room

Location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. I was comfortable and felt safe.

Pillows were uncomfortable, but I'm a pillow snob and usually bring my own.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. The breakfast had a good selection and was quick and easy.

Our bathroom in 223 was a little worn out and the light above the sink did not work.

The area of the location is perfect for coffee, beer, food, and banks.

Nothing really I wish it was bigger. Maybe the pool could get an update, but you’re not supposed to be in these types of places for the pool.

our room was really hot wouldn’t cool off . there was a part of the wall missing and you could see rocks and Sheetrock beneath it . Floor was really sticky on the elevator and in the lobby . but these are minor things really .

Clean, comfortable and walking distance to the amphitheater. I actually bought the pillows they have in the room off of Amazon the next day bc I loved them so much.

If I wasn’t staying there to attend the concert the noise from the concert would’ve been an inconvenience.
