While not great, it was nice that breakfast was included. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows, and the bathrooms had extra towels which is always nice. It's located right off the highway, but we did not notice any road noise in the room. The reception is cute with many personalized touches that makes the place feel warmer than typical motels.

There was a $50 deposit fee which I did not notice mentioned ahead of time. While not a big deal, it feels shady with no prior warning. My deposit was returned immediately upon checking out. The bathroom was fine, but feels a little outdated and dingy compared to the rooms. The ice machine was broken during our stay which was disappointing.

#1 for me was the Price is good value for what you get. Smelt good 👍. Bed sheets seemed clean. Overall the room was clean.

The bathtub on/off knob in room #122 would not shut off 100%(kept dripping). No toilet scrubber to use in case of smeared rubbish. The bathroom lights were TOO bright. No dim lighting option in restroom.. recommend using "warm" color lighting for comfort. The super bright 6,000 kelvin lights are not comfortable. The breakfast orange juice was watery at 1st until the lady replaced it. The egg & cheese fold-overs were pretty burnt on one side.

The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious! The bed was super comfy! I love the King Suite- it had the bathroom, separate bedroom, a living room area, and kitchen area! It was a mini apartment for vacation!

Room was fairly musty smelling and when we moved the couch there were all kinds of trash and things. My boyfriend actually stepped on a screw! Breakfast is great but online says one time, paper in room says another, and breakfast is actually served at a 3rd time!

Staff was very helpful and informative. The gazebo/patio our front was a nice touch as well. The free breakfast was bangin, a whole tray of bacon and eggs WITH CHEESE. I will be returning! Plus the cute girl doing check-ins was excellent. I had no questions at check in. She covered everything when giving me the keys.

The AC was off in the room prior to my arrival. The room was very hot, humid, and moist. That was the only con to my stay, everything else was good

Sheet of paper on desk has the info below on it which is not correct. Breakfast was only 6am to 9am. Did not include make your own waffles, no variety of muffins (only one kind), no danish, no bagels, no hot cereal, and no decaf coffee. What was there was good but where is everything else? Breakfast A complimentary deluxe breakfast is served daily from 5:30am to 9:30am. Breakfast includes, make your own waffles, hot and cold cereal, a variety of muffins, danish, bagels, breads, yogurt, eggs, meat, coffee, tea, juice and fresh fruit.

Our room was nice and clean, they even left us welcome treats with water! The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and sweet. We really enjoyed being able to wake up to breakfast and not having to rush out and get it.

It was a bit far from the venue(but you cant help that) and there was an odd smell coming from the AC unit. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

The two ladies up front were so sweet and very nice. I had issues with the folks above me making so much noise in their room and I called the front desk and they took care of it. Those ladies have the most amazing customer service. Also, the beds were so comfortable.

The ac wouldn’t get that cold and the shower would not get hot. The fire alarms did malfunction but they fixed it very quickly.

My grandson is on the University of Alabama's men's wheelchair basketball team. We came down for a tournament. Loved the close proximity to the University. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Always smiling. And it was such a great price! The breakfast was great. Can see ourselves staying here again and again over the next 5 years.

The mattresses were definitely uncomfortable. Replace those and you get a 10+

The room is spacious, clean, has a fridge, coffee maker, iron, is furnished simple but practical and the beds are comfortable. The shower is great. The staff at reception are kind and friendly. Breakfast is a small buffet, warm and cold food, juices and coffee, I only had coffee and muffins and it was fresh and tasty. I would stop here again.

SureStay is a great place to stay. We keep coming back because the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, it's conveniently located, and it's reasonably priced. I appreciate how spacious the rooms are seeing as we're a family of four and sometimes bring our dog. We have never had any major issue when staying here and will probably continue to when we come to visit friends.
