Extraordinarily helpful gentleman on duty at front desk. He was very professional and an excellent ambassador for Holiday Inn, Guinn, and the Holiday Inn brand in general. He made directions to the hotel easy, walking me through each step after GPS locator had the location 40 minutes away, in a different direction. This same employee was then welcoming when I arrived exhausted and late at night. He was still cheerful, friendly and professional when I checked out early the next morning. This was one of several hotel stays I'd made along this particular trip, but it was the only stand out. I so wish every hotel had staff like this! In a very small town along the interstate, this was an unexpected find. It's a modern, very attractive and inviting hotel, with every amenity of a Holiday Inn.

I was very pleased with everything.

It was perfect ! Great staff, clean rooms and love the new style bar and grill. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space in the room. We will definitely be staying again.

The only negative was the additional charge for our dog. My opinion on that is every dog is different - I think there should be a pet deposit then once the rooms are cleaned if no issues with the room, the deposit should be refunded.

loved location, hotel was beautiful with beautiful rooms, breakfast was excellent.

the night we stayed, there was a group of atv riders partying in pool area below our windows, loud music, hollering n starting vehicles. called front desk to complain at midnight n was told it was winding down then called again at 1am with it continuing, n they finally got the people to shut it down. Just took awhile to get any sleep since had to get around the next morning to get back on the road.

My room had a smell that stayed the whole stay .. I'm thinking someone was smoking Marijuana in a room near us and the smell stayed in our room the whole time ..skunky smell .. called down and asked,they had , had a few rooms complaining about the smell..

Breakfast was very good, though the gravy was lukewarm. I liked the clean room (especially bathroom).

I was disappointed with my dinner. I had the salmon and could not taste or see any citrus sauce and some of the veggies were stringy and tough - unable to chew. The salad bar was nice and the best part of my expensive dinner.

Easy to access from the interstate, good onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Big rooms and friendly staff

When we arrived it was hard to find a parking spot because there was a wedding on. We moved the car after dinner when people had left but more parking is needed when everyone has to arrive there by car!

The cleanliness of room first & foremost! The hotel restaurant food selection & quality was very good. Staff was personable yet professional. Pool was clean & had plenty of seating.

In bathroom, not being able to adjust lighting (i.e. nightlight) for midnight trips. The door to bathroom was very hard to close.

Breakfast is legit. Jam Master J is a Rockstar, he needs a raise!

It’s all good. Very unique hotel. The only one like it in the world. Family vibes, the crew works well together and you can tell they enjoy what they do!

how clean an nice it was! had a wonderful housekeeper skyland wright. thank you for everything you done to make sure our stay was prefect. front desk is amazing so professional unlike the Hampton inn in Winfield. I highly recommend staying at the holiday inn for the future! very pleased with my room an team of workers.

Breakfast was great Grille 22 staff were attentive and provided exceptional service!! Grille 22 was excellent for supper, ribeye cooked perfectly.

TV did not work and never got it fixed.
